An Elyria City Council member was arrested Thursday as part of a statewide prostitution sting overseen by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Mark Jessie, 64, faces a misdemeanor charge of soliciting sex for money, the Elyria Police Department said in a news release. NEW YORK — The swine flu virus that sickened a 9-year-old Ohio boy is the same strain as the one that has killed up to 86 people in Mexico, an emergency official said Sunday.
