The U.S. Supreme Court on Saturday reinstated an Arizona law that makes it a felony to collect early ballots, stepping into a contentious political issue days before the presidential election and dealing a blow to Democratic get-out-the-vote efforts. The unsigned order from the nation’s highest court overturns an appeals court decision from a day earlier that blocked the new law and drew celebration from Democrats. Groups immediately launched renewed efforts to help voters deliver their ballots to the polls, then stopped after the high-court ruling.

The state probe involves voter registrations gathered by Washington, D.C.-based FieldWorks LLC, a 15-year-old company that has worked with a wide range of Democratic and progressive groups around the country. State police arrived at FieldWorks’ Philadelphia office with a search warrant Thursday night, less than a week after raiding the company’s location in suburban Delaware County,...

The Delaware County Voter Registration Commission scheduled a hearing for Friday to determine whether the applications were submitted by the Oct. 11 state deadline to register for next week's election. At issue are voter registration applications submitted by FieldWorks LLC, which describes itself as a "grassroots organizing company for progressive organizations and Democratic campaigns around the country."

Three federal prosecutors will monitor claims of election fraud and voting rights abuse in the western half of the state this November. U.S. Attorney John Fishwick appointed Assistant U.S. Attorneys Charlene Day, Ronald Huber and Jennie Waering to serve as election officers for the district. The appointments come as part of the Justice Department’s nationwide Election Day program for deterring election discrimination and fraud at the polls during the Nov. 8 presidential election. “Every citizen must be able to vote without interference or discrimination and to have that vote counted without it being stolen because of fraud,” Fishwick said. “The...

Pennsylvania state police have raided a Delaware County political field office seeking evidence of possible voter-registration fraud, according to court records. In a warrant filed late last week in County Court, investigators said they were seeking documents, financial information, and lists of employees at the Norwood office of FieldWorks LLC, a national organization that often does street work for Democrats, records show. The warrant did not specify the nature of the probe, but said agents also were looking for "templates . . . utilized to construct fraudulent voter registration forms" and "completed voter registration forms containing same or similar identifying...

The early result figures for NV's Douglas County are inaccurate for the first full week of voting. The NV Secretary of State inadvertently transposed the figures for GOP and Independent voters. A 74-year-old woman tasked with opening envelopes sent by Miami-Dade County voters with their completed mail ballots was arrested Friday after co-workers caught her illegally marking ballots, resulting in an unknown — but small — number of fraudulent votes being cast for mayoral candidate Raquel Regalado. Investigators linked Gladys Coego, a temporary worker for the county elections department, to two fraudulent votes, but they suspect from witness testimony that she submitted several more. Coego, of Westchester, turned herself in to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Friday morning. She’s expected to be charged with two felony counts of marking...

The United States has a long and unfortunate history of election fraud. The Heritage Foundation is providing a list of election fraud cases from across the country, broken down by state, where individuals were either convicted of vote fraud, or where a judge overturned the results of an election. This is not an exhaustive list but simply a sampling that demonstrates the many different ways in which fraud is committed. Preventing, deterring, and prosecuting such fraud is essential to protecting the integrity of our voting process. ......................................................... 3 Florida cases: Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams,...

Tim Canova has slammed Debbie Wasserman Schultz as a “corporate stooge” and refused to concede the Florida primary election to her amid claims of voting irregularities and possible election fraud. When asked by reporters if he had made the traditional concession phone call to Wasserman Shultz, Canova indicated that he would not congratulate her because he does not believe she has won a fair fight. “I’ll concede that Debbie Wasserman Schultz is a corporate stooge,” the Bernie Sanders backed candidate told reporters, according to the Sun Sentinel. “We’re fighting for American democracy,” said Canova, who got to 43 percent of...

If there is one thing I learned in the 2012 election cycle, it was about voter fraud. My conservative warrior associate, Katherine Engelbrecht, and her organization, True the Vote, took up the mantle against the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, who admitted to sending “questionable” results to the Florida Secretary of State. It was somewhat disheartening that the Florida Secretary of State and Attorney General sat back, watched the news reports, and did nothing. With that background, I’d like to share a story written by Gregg Prentice: “Voter Fraud? If they’re not catching the easy stuff, what...

The outcome of the [2012] presidential election shocked almost everyone, with very few analysts expecting Barack Obama to win so decisively and to take so many of the “battleground” states that seemed to be pulling toward Romney By then the reports of voting irregularities started leaking out, then gushing out – like the 59 different Philadelphia voting divisions in which Mitt Romney received zero votes compared to Obama’s 19,605...... And that’s just the beginning. WND is compiling a list of reports documenting voting irregularities and apparent fraud during the 2012 presidential tabulation. Small “Mistakes” and 173,000 “Solutions”… Anyone with any political knowledge is aware the best chances for Hillary Clinton in Florida come from two specific counties, Broward and Dade. It is not coincidental that both counties continue to be the historic nucleus of multiple voting irregularities. This year is no different. In a recent series of events Broward County is at the epicenter of another voting malfunction. However, this one might not be a mistake, it might be by design. The essential outline of the current year concern surrounds a scheme to present double voting to benefit Hillary Clinton: broward-county-election-1 Broward...
