Unfortunately for me and other diabetics, the price of eggs has soared by a whopping 79% since February 28, 2022. Of course, this year’s deadly Avian flu has been reducing poultry flocks. Also, fertilizer prices have soared as well. Also, soaring inflation has resulted in an aggressive Federal Reserve hiking their target rates.
