A black man has been charged with attempted murder as a hate crime after he was caught on video punching a 67-year-old Asian woman more than 125 times and stomping on her as she tried to get into her Yonkers apartment. The Chicot County Sheriff's Department reports 3-year-old Journee Orji was admitted to the local emergency room by her mother and grandmother on Tuesday.
