A Dallas man faces a charge of murder after he was involved in a traffic accident about 1:30 p.m. Monday that killed an 83-year-old Dallas woman. Eddie Ramirez, 28, allegedly stole a police "bait" car Monday which subsequently crashed into a car driven by Annie Reyes, according to police reports. Reyes, whose 2000 Honda was broadsided in the wreck, near the intersection of 12th Street and Montreal Avenue in the Oak Cliff area of southwest Dallas. "NEWBERG, Ore. -- Police have arrested the man suspected of driving drunk and causing a multi-vehicle crash that killed a mother of seven from Dayton last weekend. Senior Trooper Mark McDougal arrested 26-year-old Leonel Zurita Loeza of Portland on charges of assault, manslaughter, criminal mischief, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. WENATCHEE -- A 29-year-old Wenatchee man told police a pterodactyl caused him to drive his car into a light pole about 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Five members of a Maryland family died late yesterday when their minivan was hit head-on by a pickup truck going the wrong way on a Toledo, Ohio-area interstate, according to the Toledo Blade.
