The Democrats’ Biggest Expert Accusing Republicans of Russian Trolling Was a Russian Troll They invented the Russian conspiracy, then they faked the crimes. December 31, 2018 Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism. When the Democrats and the media wanted to prove that Russian trolls were everywhere, and supporting Republicans, they turned to Jonathon Morgan and Renee DiResta. Morgan and DiResta had originally been part of Obama’s futile effort to fight ISIS on social media, before discovering a much more lucrative...

Google has updated its terms of service to reflect that it analyzes user content including emails to provide users tailored advertising, customized search results and other features. The Internet giant’s scanning of users’ email has been controversial with privacy groups describing it as an intrusion into user privacy. Competitor Microsoft claims in its “Don’t Get Scroogled by Gmail” campaign that its Outlook.com email service is superior to Gmail as unlike Google it does not go through email looking for keywords to target users with paid advertisements. In a case in California over Google’s interception of email, District Judge Lucy H....

Google has changed the rules on its serach engine to protect President Obama from the same sort of mockery it allowed of President Bush. For better or worse, Google's search engine has become the principal index for online information, giving the company tremendous opportunities to inflict bias on the nation's (and world's) information flow. Sadly, the company is demonstrating a willingness to slant leftward. During the Bush Administration, Google did nothing to prevent manipulation of its search algorithms so that one typed in "miserable failure", articles about President Bush appeared. But now that The One is president, the company has...

Strange thing. Google has buried the disputed Birth Certificate images. They are NOT in Google's image results when searching "Obama Birth Certificate" or "Barack Obama Certificate" or "Obama Certificate of Live Birth". They have lots of general pictures of Obama and pictures of generic BCs or joke ones, but not the ones being disputed. I've gone over 20 pages deep, 400 images, and NOT found any of the disputed images or the various post KOS posting created variations. That is very suspicious... someone is hiding something. Even More Strange: I searched through 980 images out of over 18,700 of a...

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Google Inc.'s (NASDAQ:GOOG) third-quarter profit nearly doubled in the latest demonstration of the Internet search leader's phenomenal financial firepower. The Mountain View-based company said Thursday that it earned US$733.4 million, or $2.36 per share, for the three months ended in September. That compared with net income of $381.2 million, or $1.32 per share, at the same time last year. If not for expenses to cover employee stock compensation, Google said it would have earned $2.62 per share - well above the average estimate of $2.42 per share among analysts polled by Thomson Financial. Revenue for the...
