This week, Congress passed a historic tax cut bill that will grow the economy and give millions of American families a raise. It was an incredible victory. House Republicans, Senate Republicans, and President Trump all deserve a lot of credit for getting this done. But unfortunately, amidst the excitement over the passage of this fantastic legislation, one unfortunate development went nearly unreported: Democrats are so fiercely partisan that they went out of their way to victimize homeschooled kids, children with disabilities, and their parents. And the worst part? They succeeded. Here’s what happened: Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), one of the...

Dear Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson: I urge you to restore and protect Colonel Leland Bohannon’s Constitutional right to freely exercise his religious beliefs by reversing the complaint against him and by removing any unfavorable remarks from his record related to this complaint.U.S. Air Force Col. Leland Bohannon was asked in May 2017 to sign a “certificate of spouse appreciation” for a retiring master sergeant in a same-sex “marriage.” As a devout Christian, Bohannon refused to sign the document stating it would violate his religious belief of marriage being between one man and one woman. As a result, the Air...

The Atlanta lawyer whose racial discrimination suit against CNN was dismissed earlier this year says he is re-filing the class action case – this time with a new set of plaintiffs and even more alleged victims. The network news channel’s alleged racial discrimination is “as abhorrent as all of the sexual harassment cases that are rightfully now being prosecuted,” Daniel R. Meachum told Fox News. “Educated, well-intentioned, experienced and talented African-Americans are being discriminated against.” Celeslie Henley, a plaintiff in the first version, said she worked at CNN for seven years until she was allegedly fired after emailing the human...

If you're a "cisgender straight white male," the Democratic National Committee doesn't want you. In an email obtained by the Daily Wire, the DNC's Data Services Manager, Madeleine Leader, sent an email to staff announcing eight new positions on the DNC's IT team. But in the name of diversity, she asked employees on the email chain not to send links to job postings to cisgender straight white men. Cisgender refers to people whose gender identity matches their sex at birth. "I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they're already in the majority" of...

DNC: White men shouldn't apply for tech jobs Fox News White men need not apply. That’s the message out of the Democratic National Committee’s hiring team, currently on the hunt to filll multiple vacancies in their tech department. The political organization, which routinely makes grand statements about inclusion, recently sent an email to its employees looking to recruit people for eight open spots including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager and Chief Security Officer. Though the Oct. 30 email says that the DNC is looking for a “staff of diverse voices and life experiences,” it apparently doesn’t mean white men. DNC’s...

Remember back during the summer when Clinton insider Mark Penn advised the Democratic Party to get out of the business of identity politics if they want to win back power in Washington? Somebody clearly missed that memo at the DNC. The Daily Wire has a bit of a scoop this week with a copy of an internal announcement from the DNC’s Data Services Manager, Madeleine Leader announcing some new job openings on the committee’s data management team.

This week evidence of a comprehensive policy of illegal discrimination by the Obama Administration against conservatives emerged on two fronts. First was the discovery of an internal IRS email outlining an intentional plan to obstruct Tea Party organizations from obtaining tax-exempt status for educational activities. An April 1, 2011 email from Elizabeth Kastenberg, an official in the agency's exempt organizations division, confirmed that "these cases are held back primarily because of their political party affiliation rather than specifically any political activities." The IRS also illegally colluded with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to crack down on conservative nonprofits during the...

A posh Los Angeles fitness center kicked a black pastor out and banned him for life because, the pastor says, a white employee overheard him expressing support for President Donald Trump. The employee allegedly charged at the pastor, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, in a physically threatening manner — coming within inches of his face — and yelled “You support Donald Trump!” Peterson, 68, is now asking for an apology and seeking civil rights damages. The incident occurred on August 11 at Equinox Sports Club Los Angeles. The pastor’s no-good, very bad day began while he was discussing racial issues and...

A math education professor at the University of Illinois says the ability to solve geometry and algebra problems and teaching such subjects perpetuates so-called white privilege.

Whatever the original, presumably high-minded intent of affirmative action (AA), the program has long since morphed into a weapon of class warfare. It neither benefits the underprivileged, as it claims, nor does it address the legacy of historical inequality for which it was ostensibly invented. Nor does it reduce the unfair advantages of the nation’s social and economic elite, as it promised. On the contrary, it protects elites at the expense of everyone else, including some of society’s most vulnerable. And while failing to do what its promoters said it would do, it poisons civil society by fostering a battle...

The British Transport Police are disadvantaging white, male applicants by excluding them from recruitment workshops. The force is holding the workshops in London, Manchester, and Birmingham — but one would-be officer was turned away after being told they were for “women and black or ethnic minority” candidates only, reports The Metro. “I am a white heterosexual male and also a member of the armed forces, how can a public service blatantly support this kind of discrimination and inequality in 2017?” he told the newspaper. “I am going to withdraw my application due to having been treated in such a manner.” Metro’s correspondent Harley Tamplin seemed...

Despite what all the female actresses are now publicly denouncing, egregious activities that everyone's known about have been occurring as long as there's been a Hollywood. The "casting couch" has been an institution that far too many women were willing to grace in order to obtain that brass ring of stardom, but now that Harvey Weinstein has finally been outed and the tip of the iceberg has been exposed, "Me, too!" has been embraced and we'll see how far this goes until the marks become inconvenient, i.e. female AND gay execs who grope and worse. Had Harvey had just limited...

At Oxford, where the motto is, “The Lord is my Light.” Members of the Christian Union (CU) were banned from attending a freshman fair at the University of Oxford for fears that incoming students might face “potential harm” and feel unwelcome. According to Breitbart London, the university wanted to keep the freshers’ fair a “secular space” after concerns were raised by “student welfare representatives.” This was a strange turn of events for an institue established under Christianity. An internal e-mail explained the university’s reasoning: "We recognise the wonderful advantages in having CU representatives at the Fresher’s Fair, but are concerned...

It turns out those who vehemently demand Christians be tolerant of their views and lifestyles, and force Christians to perform services under threat of legal retaliation are — and I can’t believe I’m writing this — intolerant of Christians, and refuse to provide services for them. In a recently released video from the group Abolish Human Abortion, a pro-life advocacy group, a gay coffee shop owner can be seen berating, insulting, and forcing the removal of the Christian group because of their beliefs. Caytie Davis and her fellows had been handing out pro-life pamphlets that targeted the homosexual community for...

The Justice Department announced today that it filed a lawsuit against Crop Production Services Inc. (Crop Production), headquartered in Loveland, Colorado, for allegedly discriminating against U.S. workers in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The complaint alleges that in 2016, Crop Production discriminated against at least three United States citizens by refusing to employ them as seasonal technicians in El Campo, Texas, because Crop Production preferred to hire temporary foreign workers under the H-2A visa program. According to the department’s complaint, Crop Production imposed more burdensome requirements on U.S. citizens than it did on H-2A visa workers to...

A federal court issued an order Friday that requires the city of East Lansing to allow a farmer to return to its 2017 farmer’s market after city officials developed a rule for the purpose of keeping him out because of his marriage views. The city ousted Steve Tennes and Country Mill Farms after reading a post on his Facebook page that expressed his religious belief in marriage as the union between one man and one woman. “Just like all Americans, a farmer should be free to live and speak according to his deeply held religious beliefs without fear of government...

It was another bad week for ESPN. Controversy erupted when host Jemele Harris tweeted that President Donald Trump was a white supremacist. The network said that this issue had been addressed, and that she readied her actions were inappropriate. Oh, and those tweets don’t reflect the position of ESPN—classic public elations move here. They also didn’t fire her. That’s fine. Frankly, I don’t think what Hill did was an offense that warranted termination. It was worthy of a reprimand and a social media torching. It was a stupid remark. We all know that. Jemele Hill ✔ @jemelehill Replying to @DonnyParlock...

ASBURY PARK -- The city's former acting police chief, Anthony Salerno Jr., filed a lawsuit last month against the city and its officials, claiming his promotion to full chief was hindered because he is white. Salerno's lawsuit, filed in Monmouth County Superior Court on Aug. 30 and obtained by the Asbury Park Press, is the second racial discrimination lawsuit filed against the city in nearly three months. Sgt. Marshawn Love claims he was demoted by Salerno because he is black. But in Salerno's case, he claims Mayor John Moor, who is white, Councilman Jesse Kendle and Councilwoman Yvonne Clayton, who...

A oup of teachers and Florida's teacher union are going to court to stop the state's "Best and Brightest" teacher bonus program. The Florida Education Association and seven teachers filed a federal lawsuit on Wednesday against the Florida Department of Education and the state's school districts. The lawsuit alleges that the bonus program discriminates against older teachers, as well as black and Hispanic teachers.

Earlier this month, The New York Times ran an article titled "U.S. Rights Unit Shifts to Study Antiwhite Bias" on its front page. The article says that President Donald Trump's Justice Department's civil rights division is going to investigate and sue universities whose affirmative action admissions policies discriminate against white applicants. This is an out-and-out lie. The truth is that the U.S. departments of Justice and Education plan to investigate racial bias in admissions at Harvard and other elite institutions where Asian-Americans are held to far higher standards than other applicants. This type of practice was used during the first...
