Yesterday CTH noted 2020 as the year when a variety of prior democrat operations will converge with a single goal in mind. We will see several years effort merging. Today, more evidence toward that objective is visible. The House Judiciary Committeee (HJC) argued in the DC court of appeals to obtain the Mueller grand jury information [6(e) material], and compel testimony of former White House counsel Don McGahn. Also today, more leaks from the inside the administration. The House has a group of dozens of various DOJ and former Obama officials working on their behalf. That House network also has...

[No Ads or clickbait by author. It COSTS money to run this Free Site.] PICTURE - OLD TIME MOVIE USHER There was a time…. ….Not so long ago, when we knew who we were. And we knew what rest-room to use. America was Good. Communism, drugs, criminals, poo in the street, and perversion were Bad. But, Democrats, in 2019–with thanks to Barry Soetoro (Barack “Lightning” Obama)–have turned that all around, inside out, and upside down. We are told that a man can menstruate or give birth to a baby. That a woman can out-lift a weight-lifter, is more powerful than...

Harry Reid: 'Decriminalizing border crossings is not something that should be at the top of the list' Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said in an interview published Tuesday that decriminalizing border crossings "is not something that should be at the top of the list" for 2020 Democrats. “There are so many more important things to do,” the Nevada Democrat told Vice News, saying that the decriminalization of crossing the border illegally “should be way, way down at the bottom of the list.” He added: “People want a fair immigration system. They don’t want an open-door invitation for everybody...

The Democrats intend to steal the presidency in 2020.It is the only way they can “win.â€Â They’ve learned this. They’ve lived it. And without a decisive turnout in 2020 they believe they have mastered the process. If you thought that Bush vs. Gore, or the Georgia and Florida 2018 recounts were ugly, keep your powder dry. 2020 will be the worst yet.All the signs point to this, assuming they can actually find a candidate.Once they do however, the largest scale assault on our free elections ever attempted will be unleashed. Here’s three strategies they are implementing or have implementedParticipation in the process. This summer...

Without their media dominance, Democrats would have a hard time winning national elections. Their ability to flood the media space with propaganda can even persuade the public to accept untruths, such as the lie that Trump coordinated with Russia — even in the face of the Mueller Report debunking that assertion. But there is a downside to media dominance, especially when accompanied by dominance of academia and cultural institutions. With all the "important" voices singing from the same hymnal, it is too easy to dismiss contrary views, even when those views are held by people necessary to Democrats' victories ......

As the primary season ahead of the 2020 election heats up, Democrats are proving anew that theirs is the party of authoritarianism and top-down mandates, not small-“r” republicanism, liberty, and democracy. Upset that his party is ‘allowing’ little-known candidates vying for the presidential nomination a place at the table for at least some Democratic debates, a former DNC official laments that there is too much deference and attention being given to “bullshit candidates” instead of the “leaders.” What’s more, the former official didn’t even have the courage to identify himself, as the Washington Free Beacon reported.

The transformation of the GOP into the party of Patrick J. Buchanan and Donald J. Trump—defined by cultural resentments, crude populism, and ethnic nationalism—is among the most important political stories of this century. But the GOP is hardly the only party that is undergoing some alarming tectonic shifts. Liberals wondering why conservatives who worry about Trump don’t join the Democrats should consider what is happening on their own side of the aisle. If you want to understand just how radicalized the Democratic Party has become in recent years, look at the ascent of Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont. A self-proclaimed...

Democratic primary voters are looking for a wide range of disparate things in their party’s 2020 standard-bearer. For some, the top priority is to nominate a progressive who boasts a long record of supporting single-payer health care, standing up to the financial industry, and championing organized labor. And many just want a nominee who will definitely beat Trump. Unfortunately, there is no Democratic 2020 hopeful who checks all of these boxes at once. But there could be. What if there were a Democratic politician who had been championing single-payer health care for two decades, and calling for a ban on...

It’s been two years since the end of the Obama presidency and in that span, the mainstream Democratic Party has made an extreme shift to the far left. In 2019 the Democrats have put their weight behind increased taxes, universal health care, open borders, and third-trimester abortions. How do we account for this radical trend? A journalist friend of mine reports that his generally liberal college son was somewhat somnolent and indifferent during the Obama years, lulled into quiescence by liberal policies and moderate talk. Then came Trump. A huge splash of cold water hit his face and he and...
