Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT) cut into challenger Ned Lamont's (D) lead the day before Connecticut's Democratic primary, according to a new Quinnipiac poll. The poll shows Lamont ahead of Lieberman, 51% to 45%. The why is fairly simple: Lieberman had a fairly good weekend of news coverage; virtually every Democratic voter in the state is paying attention.
