Student demands for censorship get a lot of coverage. Spiked Online’s Free Speech University Rankings, now in its third annual edition, argues that there is a “crisis of free speech on campus”. By analysing the censorious policies and actions that have taken place on British campuses, Spiked concluded that 63.5 per cent of universities actively censor speech and 30.5 per cent stifle speech through excessive regulation. You can barely go a few days without encountering a new op-ed covering censorship on campus. Maajid Nawaz describes the students demanding censorship as members of the “regressive left”. Milo Yiannopoulos calls them “snowflakes”....

Nancy Pelosi cites a fake Tweet as evidence of Watergate-sized conspiracy in Trump administration live at a press conference. Media analyst Mark Dice has the story.

A Look Into the Opaque Crystal Ball for Infrastructure Initiatives in the First 100 Days of the Trump Administration President Donald J. Trump's "America's Infrastructure First" plan is one of the Trump Administration's priorities during his first 100 days in office. Throughout the campaign, President Trump heralded his plan to build and restore highways, tunnels, airports, bridges, and water systems across America and promised a $1 trillion investment in the infrastructure sector over a 10-year period. Leaders from both parties acknowledge the nation's deteriorating infrastructure, and there have been expressions of support from both sides of the aisle for some...

Democrats in the Senate on Thursday introduced legislation to rescind President Donald Trump's executive order prioritizing deportation of "criminal" undocumented immigrants. Nevada Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin and Hawaii Sen. Mazie Hironio introduced the legislation. The Senators said the bill is designed to keep immigrant families together and they urged Congress to pass comprehensive immigration reform. During a press conference, Cortez Masto said Trump's administration has created an "unprecedented deportation machine" following high-profile immigration raids. The Democratic-led legislation would also roll back Trump's order targeting so-called "sanctuary cities"-- cities that do not deport undocumented immigrants despite federal...

Have the Democrats turned working class middle America against them just like the Whig Party? I know many Trump supporters who are quietly going about their day-to-day business, working 40 - 50 hours a week, paying bills and trying to keep afloat and move their lives forward. However, they are keenly aware of what is happening on the left. The violent (paid) protest, the stupid pussy hats, the suppression of free speech, and the all around anarchy that has happened in places like Berkeley, CA has not gone unnoticed. These Trump voters would like nothing better than to send the...

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) says that one of his staffers was knocked unconscious during a protest at his Huntington Beach, Calif., office on Tuesday. In a statement, Rohrabacher’s office said that the protesters were part of a nationwide movement calling themselves Indivisible, which has vowed to resist President Donald Trump’s agenda by trying to occupy Republican congressional offices. Kathleen Staunton, 71, who has managed Rohrabacher's office since his first term in 1989, apparently attempted to leave through the front door to go to the bathroom, when “a protester yanked the door open, causing her to fall and hit her head."...

Senate Democrats are planning an all-night talkathon Thursday over President Trump's pick to lead the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Asked whether Democrats are planning to hold the floor all night, a spokeswoman for Sen. Tom Carper (Del.) — the top Democrat on the Environment and Public Works Committee — confirmed that "that's the plan." A spokesman for Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) directed questions to Carper's office but noted that Democrats aren't planning to yield back debate time. The late-night floor drama comes after senators voted to move forward with Scott Pruitt's nomination earlier Thursday in a 54-46 vote....

For those of you unfamiliar, Dr. Pieczenik is the real deal -- with a resume stretching decades in the intelligence agencies -- specializing in psyops, responsible for taking down regimes, like the USSR. He worked for the Ford, Carter, Reagan and George H. W. Bush administrations. In an interview with Alex Jones yesterday, the good Dr. assuaged Trump supporters, saying with certainty the government intelligence agencies were very much supportive of Trump and that the media and the left were impotent children, lashing out because they failed -- equating their emotional response to feckless rage. Amongst many things mentioned, he...

Perez unexpectedly blurted out a truth that party functionaries to this day steadfastly bury and deny even in the face of the mountain of evidence proving it. This is what Perez said: We heard loudly and clearly yesterday from Bernie supporters that the process was rigged and it was. And you’ve got to be honest about it. That’s why we need a chair who is transparent. .... He quickly slinked onto Twitter with a series of tweets to retract what he said, claim that he “misspoke” (does anyone know what that word means?), apologize for it, and proclaim Hillary Clinton...

I first caught wind of this story on Morning Joe today and at first it seemed too good to be true. Rumors had been swirling for a while now about some newfound bravado among the Bernie Sanders/Elizabeth Warren wing of the Democratic Party and how they had begun to fancy themselves as a new and improved version of the Tea Party movement. But would they really go so far as to begin attacking their own for a failure to toe the most liberal party line? It seems that at least some of them have decided that it’s high time...

How do you think that ordinary Democrats are responding to all the anti-Trump violence? How have Democrats you know responded to the riots? How do they feel about Trump? Do they hate him?

Submitted by James George Jatras via The Strategic Culture Foundation After barely two weeks in office Donald Trump has stunned the world with his «shock and awe» campaign to keep promises made when he was a candidate. The mere fact of a politician doing what he said he would do seems to have unsettled the nerves of his opponents. What is called «Trump Derangement Syndrome» is already reaching critical proportions. Withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, ordering a start on his Mexican border wall, ordering an investigation into voter fraud (if conducted properly, almost certain to uncover widespread unlawful voting by...

Members of the mainstream media were left fuming this afternoon after President Trump refused to call on any of their organizations for the third straight press conference. Yet many of these same news organizations have likened Trump to the Taliban and Adolf Hitler, floated false rumors about his use of a Russian prostitute, and accused his administration of being pro-slavery. After Trump avoided calling on MSNBC during today's presser with Benjamin Netanyahu, MSNBC’s Peter Alexander complained that the conservative journalists he did call on didn’t ask “real questions” like he would have. “What was striking," Alexander said, was that "President...

I think it’s safe to say that the Democrats are in a full scale psychotic frenzy. The Democratic Party, representing the elite and the entitled on both coasts and nothing more; a party that lost 209 counties in 2016 that Obama had previously won, is a party that has been thoroughly whipped. It is a party that has been chewed up and spit out by your average American. It is a party that has been mentally thrown on the ash heap of history by the American people. The Democrats have no message other than anyone disagreeing with their twisted view...

Lawmakers representing Hispanic communities across the country are demanding answers from the Department of Homeland Security following a series of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations that led to hundreds of arrests in multiple states last week — so far, the elected officials say, they aren’t getting them. On Tuesday, ICE’s acting director, Thomas Homan, cancelled a meeting with members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in which he was to provide details on the more than 680 people arrested across the country last week and explain the guidance given to his agents in conducting the operations. ICE had described the...

Less than a month into his presidency, Donald Trump's enemies are already scenting blood. They hope they have got him on the run over the resignation of Michael Flynn as his National Security Adviser. Flynn was forced to stand down for secretly discussing sanctions against Russia with the country's ambassador to America in the weeks before Trump took office – and then trying to cover up his foolish and possibly illegal behaviour. It is being suggested that Flynn's goose was cooked by the FBI and CIA, who had tapped these phone-calls, and gleefully leaked transcripts of them. Was this pay-back...

Some Democrats prepare to withhold paying federal taxes in potentially the biggest tax boycott since the Vietnam War, according to a report from The Guardian. The National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee (NWTRCC), which campaigns for federal tax boycotts, says there has “renewed interest in war tax resistance following Trump’s inauguration,” with the website’s traffic doubling in the past month. “Something has clicked in the minds of thousands of people across the country… we don’t want to pay for Trump’s agenda! While many of the reasons people are fed up—extreme militarism, mass incarceration, police brutality, and mass deportations—are part of...

Criminal investigation into what IT contractors did set to blow up .. Yet the Democrats are mum over their own explosive hacking scandal, which could overshadow Watergate, Filegate, Travelgate and dozens of other Washington scandals. The allegation is that Democrats hired tech staffers who were Pakistani nationals, and they likely gained illegal access to secret congressional information. And that includes classified documents. .. that the three Pakistani brothers had worked only for Democrats, including members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. It was not even a year after eight Democrats on that committee “issued a demand that their...

Donald Trump’s election has broken much new ground, including what I believe to be an unprecedented outbreak of hypocrisy on both sides of America’s political divide. Sure, hypocrisy has always been a handmaiden of politics, but the verbal somersaults made by Democratic and Republican partisans in print and on television is worthy of a note – and, perhaps, even a full column. The presidency has become a Caesaropapist institution. My first inkling of what was to come took place a day after Hillary Clinton’s surprising loss to the New York real estate magnate. I overheard two of my progressive acquaintances...

I can’t believe I’m writing this after the administration has been in office for 26 days, but here goes. The idea that Donald Trump is now inexorably on a path to impeachment has taken almost gleeful hold in the wake of the Michael Flynn resignation among liberal elites and anti-Trumpers generally—and everybody better stop and take a deep breath and consider what might arise from this. This isn’t fire we’re playing with, it’s a nuclear war. That Trump might somehow be deus-ex-machina-ed out of public life has been a consistent feature of the past 20 months. He won’t run gave...
