Have the Democrats turned working class middle America against them just like the Whig Party? I know many Trump supporters who are quietly going about their day-to-day business, working 40 - 50 hours a week, paying bills and trying to keep afloat and move their lives forward. However, they are keenly aware of what is happening on the left. The violent (paid) protest, the stupid pussy hats, the suppression of free speech, and the all around anarchy that has happened in places like Berkeley, CA has not gone unnoticed. These Trump voters would like nothing better than to send the Democrats/Liberals/Communist to the ash heap of political history.....Like what happened to the Whig Party 163 years ago.

I certainly hope not. I’m a registered Whig and the Whigs are about 80+% veterans who quit the GOP because it was getting too much like the Dems.
The Dem party is at it;s lowest since the 1920’s and yet they still carry on with the likes of Pelosi.
Fact is that the Dems have become too far left, and that is why we see them doing what they are.
No. They’ve already transformed themselves into the Socialist Democrat Party. They really need to drop the Democrat label.
The Whig Party platform was very much like Trump’s. Read Alan Guelzo’s “Abraham Lincoln: Redeemer President” on this.
The Whig Party may have died out but it is the opposite of the Democrat Party.

Too much money behind the Dems for them to go away. We can only hope they stay suppressed for a generation or two.
The NUMBER ONE spiked story of the past two decades is just how far left the Democrats have moved. All we hear from the media is how extreme the Republicans have become.
...but the Dems lost the WORKING CLASS VOTE in this last election (that was their base for over 100 years), and the only reason they did as well as they did was because the Dems managed to make the election a referendum on Trump...rather than giving people something to vote for.
But now that Trump is president, and is able to PROVE that he is dead-serious about the job, the Dems have even lost that line of attack. They are in incredibly serious trouble, at least as long as Trump can keep the Republicans in Congress focused.
