Two Delaware teens were charged with assaulting a mentally disabled man after they complained to police that they were being harassed because of a video of the attack that had been posted to social media, authorities said Monday. A third teen turned himself in Monday evening. Police also said they are seeking more suspects. Personal contact information for the first two teens, ages 13 and 14, was shared online with the video. Two boys, ages 13 and 14, were taken into custody on Saturday. The arrests came after their parents went to police complaining about harassing phone calls the teens were getting. Instead, investigators turned the tables and two the pair into custody. They were released to the custody of their parents on $2,500 bond. Police say more arrests are expected.

The cremated remains of nine people who died in the 1978 American cult mass suicide and murder in a South American town have turned up in a defunct Delaware funeral home. The Delaware Division of Forensic Science visited the former Minus Funeral Home along the 200 block of Queen Street in Dover last week after receiving a request to check out the site, officials said Thursday. Senate lawmakers on Wednesday approved a $10 million financial bailout for Delaware’s three gambling casinos. The Senate voted 14-5 to pass legislation to help the casinos, which say they are struggling with increased competition from neighboring states and have to share too much of their gambling revenue with the state.
