More from Fox News:The FBI has expanded its probe of Hillary Clinton's emails, with agents exploring whether multiple statements violate a federal false statements statute, according to intelligence sources familiar with the ongoing case. The FBI has expanded its probe of Hillary Clinton's emails, with agents exploring whether multiple statements violate a federal false statements statute, according to intelligence sources familiar with the ongoing case. Fox News is told agents are looking at U.S. Code 18, Section 1001, which pertains to "materially false" statements given either in writing, orally or through a third party. Violations also include pressuring a third party to conspire in a cover-up. Each felony violation is subject to five years in prison. This phase represents an expansion of the FBI probe, which is also exploring potential violations of an Espionage...

This is actually one of the least substantive points made by defenders of Hillary Clinton in the e-mail scandal, but Glenn Kessler's fact check makes a couple of important points. The media has often repeated the claim by Hillary and her team that the State Department has estimated that it could have found 90-95% of her e-mails by checking the server for those cc'd on the messages. Not only is that Hillary's estimation and not State's, it's demonstrably false in any case: First of all, the State Department is correct. The "90 to 95 percent" figure comes from the Clinton...

A palate cleanser via Slate, which wonders if this is a brain fart or something more substantial, like a Freudian slip. Me, I’m just wondering whether by criminally inclined former presidents she was thinking of Bill or herself in 10 years. What if that FBI investigation into her server bears fruit and she can’t get hired anywhere after her second term ends in 2025?

Federal employers would be prohibited from asking about a job applicant's criminal history. President Barack Obama on Monday will announce a series of measures designed to reduce obstacles facing former prisoners reintegrating into society, including an executive action directing federal employers to delay asking questions about a job applicant's criminal history until later in the application process. Many states, cities and private employers have already taken steps to "ban the box," which refers to the checkbox on employment applications asking if the applicant has ever been convicted of a crime. However, some federal employers and contractors still ask the question....

During the 2008 election cycle, over 10 million people viewed the trailer on one particular YouTube upload that we did not post. Before that particular upload was removed, it had almost 20 million hits. For those new to FR, I debuted the finished version of HILARY! UNCENSORD at Harvard on Hillary's 60th birthday --- Oct. 26, 2007. Despite an invitation, she chose to attend a birthday bash put on by Meathead (Rob Reiner). And now Hillary is back. Although I think there is a genuine chance for indictment over Benghazi and the server, I do not want to take chances....

President Obama on Monday announced a new executive order that prevents federal agencies from making job-applicants reveal they have a criminal record as part of his overall criminal justice reform effort. The so-called “drop the box†initiative would allow prospective employees not to check a box on some federal applications that acknowledges a criminal record.

After the media inexplicably dubbed Hillary Rodham Clinton the “winner†of the Benghazi hearings, her apologists dismissed a line of questioning into her unofficial adviser, Sidney Blumenthal. So he was sending her e-mail offering advice on Libya and other matters of state. In the immortal words of Clinton at an earlier Benghazi hearing, “What difference does it make?â€

James Comey – not Bernie Sanders -- is the biggest challenge to Hillary Clinton’s presidential ambitions, a prospect that should keep the former Secretary of State up at night. The fiercely independent head of the FBI is directing the investigation into Clinton’s use of a personal email server and attendant issues raised during the Benghazi inquiry, which could lead to indictments of the former Secretary of State or her various aides. If the probe determines that Hillary or her aides mishandled classified information or obstructed justice, her campaign will likely collapse. (Hence, the rumored possibility that Joe Biden could still...

A Mexican immigrant married to an American citizen hasn’t seen his wife in a year — all because his tattoos made him look like a criminal, his family says. Ruben Zamora, 29, has lived in the U.S. since he was 8 years old — and when he left the country in July 2014, he expected to be able to return to his wife and two children within weeks, his lawyers said. Instead, his request to return from Mexico was denied, because officials at the American Consulate said he has gang tattoos — and, therefore, was part of a criminal enterprise....

A teenaged girl who reportedly went missing on her way to church was found slain near her crashed minivan in a Dallas creek, officials said. The body of Zoe Hastings, 18, was discovered Monday by police responding to calls about a vehicle in the creek near East Lake Highlands Drive and Easton Road. She had died from "obvious homicidal violence," Deputy Chief Rob Sherwin said during a press conference.

We all know that there are many female voters who may care about only one thing ---- they want the next president to not have been born a male. I suspect that we can understand how young women in college, brainwashed by their professors or profesorettes after 12 years of previous indoctrination, are enamored with the idea of Hillary. A woman President. Finally! But there are also men who support Hillary. Who are these men? What kind of men support her? You will have your own list, but here is one I quickly created. 1. Bill Clinton. He has to...

Corruption: Hillary Clinton has complained about the steady "drip, drip, drip" of revelations about her email troubles. This week, the drips became a torrent. Will her presidential aspirations drown in a flood of scandal?

WASHINGTON -- Hillary Rodham Clinton's private email server, which stored some 55,000 pages of emails from her time as secretary of state, was the subject of attempted cyberattacks originating in China, South Korea and Germany after she left office in early 2013, according to a congressional document obtained by The Associated Press. While the attempts were apparently blocked by a "threat monitoring" product that Clinton's employees connected to her network in October 2013, there was a period of more than three months from June to October 2013 when that protection had not been installed, according to a letter from Sen....

Hillary Rodham Clinton has undertaken another mission with her presidential campaign: to rehabilitate the battered image of longtime aide and confidante Huma Abedin. The steps Mrs. Clinton has taken to raise the profile of Ms. Abedin in the campaign include using her prominently in a fundraising email and deploying her to Twitter for the first time. The email featuring Ms. Abedin was released with the subject line, “I believe in Hillary — do you? It was the first time that Ms. Abedin, who serves as vice chairwoman of Hillary for America but remains mostly behind the scenes, stepped out to...
