A man was beaten to death while walking his dog in New Jersey, prosecutors said. Viktor Yashchyshyk, 51, was walking his dog and talking to his girlfriend in Old Bridge about a block from his home when he was knocked unconscious, police said. His skull was fractured, jaw broken and he was missing teeth, Middlesex County prosecutors said.
