The Black Lives Matter movement is nothing less than a so-called movement stirring stuff up. Sure, the police forces might have a few bad apples, but aren't these people supposed to be all for due process? Someone takes a video or something, but without the full story/context, and immediately, the cops are guilty? I think not. One of the problems the black community has today is the much higher rate of crime among blacks compared to other groups, Hispanics included.
