The Black Lives Matter movement is nothing less than a so-called movement stirring stuff up. Sure, the police forces might have a few bad apples, but aren't these people supposed to be all for due process? Someone takes a video or something, but without the full story/context, and immediately, the cops are guilty? I think not. One of the problems the black community has today is the much higher rate of crime among blacks compared to other groups, Hispanics included. Lower school graduation rates, low college attendance, and even lower majoring in USEFUL majors among blacks who get to college....

The Republican-controlled Senate failed to advance legislation defunding sanctuary cities and increasing minimum punishments for previously-deported illegal aliens caught breaking back into the U.S. on Wednesday, gaining only 53 and 55 votes, respectively; 60 were needed to proceed w/both bills. Sponsored by Pennsylvania Republican Sen. Pat Toomey, bill would have stripped funding from jurisdictions refusinh to cooperate w/federal immigration authorities when arresting illegal aliens suspected of committing further crimes and work to prevent lawful deportation proceedings. Immigration enforcement advocates have called Kate’s Law, introduced by Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, “mainly symbolic,” with Center for Immigration Studies president Mark Kirkorian...

Andrew McCarthy: ‘FBI Rewrote the Statute’ to Give Hillary Clinton a Pass by Dan Rieh l6 Jul 2016 Washington, DC Andrew McCarthy, senior fellow at National Review and former assistant United States attorney for the Southern District of New York, spoke with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Stephen K. Bannon Wednesday about FBI Director James Comey’s decision not to recommend an indictment for Hillary Clinton. McCarthy said he was “disheartened” by Tuesday’s events, adding, “It was a spotlight on what is no longer a nation of laws, not of men.” He continued: I thought the case [Comey] laid out was...

Refugees terrorized Minnesota neighborhood 3 straight days Sarah Penskey was in her garage unpacking boxes on a sunny morning in late June when she was approached by several bearded Somali men in their early to mid-20s. It was the last week of Ramadan, and the men were wearing traditional Islamic robes. The uninvited visitors to this posh Minneapolis neighborhood known as Linden Hills – situated among tall trees just off of Thomas Beach on Lake Calhoun – ground to a halt beside Penskey’s house that morning. They came in a white RAV 4 Toyota and a dark-colored van, catching her...
  • Mayor Walsh: Huffington Post's slam of top prosecutor not payback from his staff

A Huffington Post article slamming U.S. Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz for prosecuting “the good guys” has raised questions over whether Mayor Martin J. Walsh is waging a PR counteroffensive against the feds after they indicted two top City Hall aides on extortion charges. Walsh’s chief of staff, Daniel A. Koh, formerly served as chief of staff to Huffington Post Editor Arianna Huffington and as general manager of Huffington Post Live before joining the mayor’s inner circle. Walsh told the Herald last night that he and his staff had no involvement in yesterday’s Huffington Post story titled, “This Federal Prosecutor Is...

"Folks, Put The Pieces Together" - Judge Jeanine Rages Over Comey/Clinton Debacle by Tyler Durden Jul 6, 2016 2:40 PM 0 SHARES Never one to mince words, Judge Jeanine Pirro goes on an epic rant regarding the FBI's decision not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton.Judge Pirro says that given all of her experience, the case against Hillary Clinton should have been presented to a grand jury. Not only that, but Pirro cuts right to the point by saying that the entire decision reeks of favoritism. "You all know I think highly of Jim Comey, I worked with him when...

The FBI's Decision Could Ultimately Be An Advantage For Trump by Tyler Durden Jul 6, 2016 3:20 PM 0 SHARES As everyone is well aware, Donald Trump has always had difficulty getting the GOP to unify and rally behind a Trump presidential candidacy - not that it was a main priority of course. The divide in the party seemingly climaxed late in the GOP primary when Trump was leading by a relatively wide margin, yet the GOP establishment tried in a clumsy and desperate effort to form an alliance between Cruz and Kasich in order to stop Trump - obviously...

Americans need to view the world thru various shades and lenses to see clearly their surroundings. On one hand the EU is a natural representation for peoples who previously embraced socialism and gave up power back to the Royals and their choosen ilk; but America was not ready nor was England - it may well be an Anglo thing. That Anglo thing is under assault in America as the Obama Transformation is moving on steroids. Hillary is more an outcome expected in the EU rather than America and should be challenged for it's simply being Illegal in America - she...

About two hundred people on Wednesday protested a fatal police shooting of a black man in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, amid calls for a federal investigation into the incident caught on a bystander's video of the shooting. Protesters chanted "hands up, don't shoot" and "black lives matter" after Alton Sterling, 37, was shot and killed during an altercation with two Baton Rouge police officers at about 12:30 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, authorities said. Community leaders and elected officials said there were many questions about the shooting, which came at a time of heightened scrutiny in the United States over the use...

An indigenous woman in Calgary, Canada who yelled “I hate white people” before punching a white woman in the face and knocking her tooth out did not commit a racially motivate hate crime, a provincial court judge has ruled.Judge Harry Van Harten’s written decision in the case argued that the motivation of the perpetrator, Tamara Crowchief, in the attack on the victim, Lydia White, was not related to racial bias. The judge disagreed with the prosecutor’s argument that the unprovoked assault, which occurred in November 2015, rose to the level of a hate crime.Van Harten said there wasn’t enough evidence...

Fred Gegare, who is challenging Teamsters president Jimmy Hoffa in elections this month to head up the transport union, says that Hoffa and the US government are colluding to control the union by the use of intimidation. If true, the allegations could mean that 50 years of work trying to rid unions of mob influence has come to an end.  Hoffa and the Justice Department, says Gegare, have abused a decades-old consent decree, “which was once used to remove mobsters two decades ago, [but] is now being used to target [Hoffa’s] critics” through a “rogue investigative unit set up by...

The FBI has said it will not file any charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while secretary of state. At a press conference Tuesday morning, FBI director James Comey gave a lengthy description of the investigation his staff had carried out, focused on whether Clinton has mishandled classified information, and concluded that "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring a case based on the evidence. That wording is particularly relevant given the partisan nature of the issue. Clinton is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president and Republicans have long hoped that her use of a private...

The reactions to the FBI's shocking announcement in which it announced it would not seek charges against Hillary Clinton are coming in fast and furious, with House Speaker Paul Ryan announcing moments ago that, at least in his view, Trump was spot on when he tweeted over the holiday weekend that the system is rigged when he said that the FBI's decision not to suggest the Department of Justice brings charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton "defies explanation." While I respect the professionals at the FBI, this announcement defies explanation. No one should be above the law....

The US Passport Act of 1926 is an obscure piece of legislation that was enacted decades ago when the idea of passports starting catching fire around the world. Subsequently absorbed into US Code Title 22, the law was originally intended to authorize and issue passports for US citizens to travel abroad. Several years ago, the law was modified to provide the Secretary of State with the authority to revoke or deny a passport to any US citizen convicted of engaging in immoral acts with minors overseas. Until now, this has been the only instance of excluding a US citizen from...

Almost 55 months after confessing felonious conduct, Teamster money-laundering scandal figure, Jere Nash, has finally been sentenced. U.S. Dist. Judge Thomas P. Griesa (S.D.N.Y., Nixon) sentenced Nash Apr. 9 to a mere two years probation for his role in a series of schemes which lead to the embezzlement of some $885,000 from the Int'l Bhd. of Teamsters' treasury and to $538,100 in illegal campaign contributions to the failed reelection campaign of expelled IBT president Ron Carey. The sentencing appears to have been hush hush: the four N.Y.C. major dailies and the two Washington, D.C., dailies apparently did not cover the...

Police officers fear being prosecuted for performing their duties Sheriff David Clarke explained saying, "…they're not afraid to do their job, but they're afraid of … the United States Department of Justice and their jack-booted goon lawyers at the civil rights division who have the American police officer in their crosshairs." While the Black Lives Matter movement advances a "police brutality" narrative, Sheriff Clarke states that " … the US DOJ civil rights division sees the American police officer as the enemy and they just see the criminals as victims." Officers now risk their reputation, livelihood, and liberty for doing...

The skyrocketing violent crime that’s plaguing the city of Chicago did not let up over the Fourth of July holiday. Fifty people were shot, including three children, and four people were murdered from Friday through Monday. These shocking figures are actually an improvement from recent Fourth of Julys, according to Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson. [Snip] 2016 is shaping up to be one of deadliest in Chicago since the 1990s. 338 people have been murdered and thousands shot since January 1st. In the month of June seventy people were killed. Those figures average out to someone being shot roughly every...

On July 4, 1776, the United States announced its independence from Great Britain based on the key principle of rule of law. On July 5, 2016, the United States said, “F*** it. A report recently released by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) revealed that Texas taxpayers have been forced to foot the expense of over 195,000 criminal aliens who were booked into Texas jails between June 1, 2011 and June 30, 2016. Sixty-six percent of those criminal aliens identified by the DPS were aliens whose Department of Homeland Security (DHS) status was that of being illegally present in the United States at the time of their arrest. These numbers do not include those criminal aliens who have had no previous contact with DHS where fingerprints or other biometric information was...
