ALso the file number indicated on the image "his" COLB is 3 digits *higher* than the number on the younger of the Nordyke twins certificate. Even though that same COLB indicates that he was born 21 or 22 hours before they were, and most likely in the same hospital, although since the short form doesn't indicate the hospital, that's just a best guess.
