A University of New Haven lecturer behind canceling a campus appearance by Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke has come forward to apologize for misrepresenting the popular conservative sheriff. Two shooters opened fire on partygoers at a house party in Bridgeport, Connecticut, wounding 13 in the early hours of August 21, according to police.
