    THE CONDE NAST BUILDING - 4 TIMES SQUARE 4 Times Square, the beautiful Times Square skyscraper was completed in 1999 by the Durst Organization. It is called the first green skyscraper with special e-glass for energy savings and a fuel cell generator for power. While other buildings are shutting down, the Conde Nast Building still has power.
