Brazilian store robbery. Good guy has good skills in dropping groceries and acting compliant. When robber turns to cash register the good guy pulls gun, but bad guy hears when he has to rack the slide to chamber a round. The good guy barely wins the shoot out.

The South Dakota House has passed a bill to allow people who have a South Dakota enhanced Concealed carry permit to carry in the Capitol building.  To do so will require registering with the Capitol security 24 hour previously.  The permit would then be effective for carrying in the capitol for 90 days. At the end of 90 days, the person will have to register again. Tarak Andrew Underiner wanted Ohio college students to have the right to carry guns on campus so they could defend themselves in dangerous situations – say, leaving the library late at night and traveling home alone. Now he’s the first homicide of 2017 in Columbus. Wisconsin was one of the last states to create a permit system for legal concealed carry of weapons.  Permits were first issued in November, 2011. Five years later, 319,069 Wisconsin residents had permits. To obtain a permit, the applicant had to be 21 years old or older, a legal Wisconsin resident, and not convicted of any felonies or misdemeanor acts of domestic violence. An employee at a Florida Walmart store defended himself by shooting an armed robber on Wednesday. Ervin Jones was sitting in his car waiting for his shift to begin at the Sunrise, Florida store around 3:30 a.m. when a man approached him. The man, identified by police as 28-year-old Terrence G.
