    Tonight's crescent moon is surrounded by a blue circle. I noticed it while going outside to move tomorrow's garbage. I then put on my distance glasses and could see a red stripe within the blue. I suspect it is a really high cloud with moisture that is getting sun. We are in Pittsburgh, so it may not appear the same for all.
