The Vikings are atop the NFL leaderboard in the dubious category of arrests over the past five years, according to one reporter's new tally. Mike Rosenberg, a Seattle-based freelancer, tweeted a chart Monday of NFL players arrested since August 2010: Vikings players have been collared 18 times over that time, he found. That edges the Denver Broncos (16 arrests), and Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (13 each). Around the NFC North, the Bears and Lions have each seen 11 arrests, while the Packers have had eight.

This last week the 17 Republican candidates debated one another in hopes of getting us to offer our support to them. Has watching the debate has changed any of your positions of who you wish to see get the Republican nomination?

Watching the debate tonight I noticed several thing that demonstrated great bias:1. Opened with hit #1, who will not pledge to support the nominee? They KNEW only Trump.2. Trump calling Rosie names on twitter and are you a misogynist?3. Even whn in Trump's sweet spot of immigration: PROVE Mexican govt is sending their criminals.All in the first 20mins.And never was a single question framed in a way that allowed him to shine.

I think that US Senator Jesse Helms would have been more than proud of both men.

I won't take a lot of time on this. Trump's liberalism is well documented: gun control, abortion, Sodomite rights, illegal immigration, giving to the Clinton Foundation, taxes, single-payer, not a sincere Christian, and whatever else you got. He's a liberal. I will not vote for a liberal. People on FR are being duped by the media into nominating someone who turns off a huge chunk of the base. Even if Trump can pull in enough Low Information Votes to become president, the conservatives still lose.

A zoo in Ohio has pressed charges against a man who jumped a fence to pet cougars - then posted video of it on YouTube. Joshua Newell had his camera rolling when he leaped over the outer fence of the big cat enclosure at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The 35-year-old then began petting two adult cougars through a second fence as he said things like, "Kitty, kitty, kitty". The footage showed the animals appearing to enjoy the attention. From what I've heard, the Center for Medical Progress has ten more videos they intend to release. (they've released two so far). Vice President Joe Biden is on the mend from a minor bruise after a little canine roughhousing. Biden was seen on Monday with a dark, penny-sized contusion just below his lower lip. The bruise didn't appear to be a serious injury. The vice president's office says Biden got the bruise from playing with his dog.
