Last night, 1/7/2003, Charlie Rose had as his guests Nancy Pelosi and another liberal congressman to tout their "alternate plan" to Bush's unannounced stimulus plan. They went unchallenged by Rose. Rose promised that the following night (1/7/2003) the Republicans would be on to talk about the Bush plan. Rose played the liberal game perfectly. He had a member of Bush's cabinet as a guest, but he also had Pete Petersen, the founder of the Concord Coalition. Petersen is opposed to the Bush plan (surprise!). Charlie and Pete introduced the liberal "tax cuts for the wealthy" spin into the discussion (surprise!)....
