There is a meme circulating that appears to be making fun of Dr Ben Carson’s wife, Lacena. The meme shows the image of the Carsons next to a picture of the Obamas, highlighting the difference in beauty between Mrs. Carson and Mrs. Obama. There is also a noticable difference in the ladies’ style of dress and fashion sense.
