Fox News has obtained a three-page intelligence report showing that two days before the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya, a statement incited "sons of Egypt" to pressure America to release the so-called blind sheikh "even if it requires burning the embassy down with everyone in it." The web statement, apparently posted on Sept. 9, was in reference to the embassy in Egypt. It preceded a throng of demonstrators breaching the U.S. Embassy wall in Cairo, supposedly in protest over an anti-Islam film. Obama administration officials claim that attackers in Libya then took their

The son of Omar Abdel Rahman, a Jama’a al-Islamiya leader known as the “Blind Sheikh” who was convicted of terrorism charges in the US in 1995, threatened to organize a protest at the US Embassy in Cairo and detain the employees inside. Abdallah Abdel Rahman’s threat came during a press conference organized by the sheikh’s family near the highly fortified American embassy compound on Thursday evening. Abdel Rahman demanded that President Mohamed Morsy intervene for the release of his father as he did in the case of Egyptian journalist Shaimaa Adel who was detained for nearly two weeks for covering...

Embassy Attacks: As our Mideast policy once again crashes and burns, the president promises a tough response at a Las Vegas fundraiser and the press coordinates attacks on the candidate who says our emperor has no clothes. If the scenes in Benghazi and Cairo seem eerily familiar, they should. They are similar to the days before our embassy in Tehran was seized in 1979 and held for 444 days, the rotten fruit of a policy that deposed a loyal friend in the name of human rights and instead brought the world a government of, by and for fanatics in Iran...

EL AL Airlines. Israel’s nation airline, will no longer provide flights to Cairo. The number of Israelis flying to Cairo has greatly decreased and EL AL Airlines will no longer be flying almost-empty airplanes to Cairo. The StarTribune also reported on September 16 that the rising operating costs and the necessary security is making it almost impossible to finance the flights to Cairo. With the number of Israelis that travel to Cairo dropping, it is not fiscally feasible to keep the flights going.

Absolutely incredible! Our first Moslem President has made the ineptitude of the Carter years look like sheer genius. How is it that someone, who is supposedly so tuned-in to all things Moslem, can misread the entire Middle East for so long?. Unless by purposeful intent, which I suspect is more truth than fiction, denigrating and denying our allies and giving aid and comfort to our enemies. Watching the knuckleheads of the Lame Stream Press contorting themselves, to somehow spin what’s occurring across the Arab world, would be funny if it weren’t so tragic. The events in Cairo and Libya, by...

CAIRO - Hundreds of riot police sealed off the area near the US Embassy in Cairo on Saturday and the interior minister said he would restore calm after four days of clashes between police and Egyptians incensed by a film denigrating the Prophet Mohammad. A 35-year-old protester was killed and dozens of people were injured in clashes overnight. The authorities closed the street leading to the embassy where the demonstrators had spent four days throwing rocks and petrol bombs at police. The area was quieter early on Saturday. A Reuters reporter saw police push several young men into trucks. Two...

At this very moment, Americans are piling into movie theaters, cheering through their popcorn at the notion of the Islamic prophet as a goat-romancing child molester, and sending “The Innocence of Muslims” to the top of the box office charts. It’s an evil that must be stopped at all costs, or at least, “before the film is released in European cinemas,” urges Ahmed Ibrahim as, behind him, three of his colleagues collect rocks off the rubble-strewn street and dump them onto an improvised sling — a tattered and stained Egyptian flag.

They just can’t let go of their sweet Dear Leader, no matter how damning the news is. It’s pretty sad at this point. A U.S. official told POLITICO: “There’s no intelligence indicating that the attack in Benghazi was premeditated.” That “official” is unnamed, of course. And how can this be trusted since Obama studiously avoids intelligence briefings? Meanwhile, in case they want to start making up some excuses for their next blunder: Egypt’s General Intelligence Service warned that a jihadi group is planning to launch terrorist attacks against the US and Israeli embassies in Cairo, according to a report Tuesday...

"What we are seeing on the screen is the meltdown, collapse of the Obama policy on the Muslim world," Charles Krauthammer said on the panel segment of FOX News' "Special Report" tonight. "The irony is that it began in Cairo, in the same place where the speech he made in the beginning of his presidency in which he said, you wanted a new beginning with mutual respect, implying under the other presidents, particularly Bush, there was a lack of mutual respect. Which was an insult to the United States, which had gone to war six times in the last 20...

Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung "The murder of an ambassador in Libya and the attacks on US diplomatic missions in other Arab countries is sure to strengthen the skepticism that more than a few Americans feel toward Muslims and the political changes brought by the Arab revolutions. The deeply held American belief that all you have to do is liberate people from serfdom and dictatorship, and then democracy and a market economy will develop more or less on their own, burned to ash in the trial by fire of Iraq. The statement comes against the backdrop of clashes between security forces and demonstrators who were protesting outside the US Embassy in Cairo against a film they say disparages Prophet Mohamed. Obama Record: Four Americans are killed in Libya, our consulate burned and our Egyptian embassy stormed on the anniversary of 9/11 after we apologize for a film allegedly "insulting to Islam." Arab Spring, Mr. President? Maybe President Obama shouldn't have skipped all those national intelligence briefings. The burning of our Libyan consulate in Benghazi, the murder of Ambassador J. WASHINGTON (AP) - U.S. officials say the Pentagon is moving two warships to the Libyan coast, in the aftermath of the attack in Benghazi that killed the U.S. ambassador and three others. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed when an armed mob stormed the U.S. consulate in Benghazi Tuesday and set it ablaze. Officials say one destroyer, the USS Laboon, moved to a position off the coast Wednesday, and the USS McFaul is en route and should be stationed off the coast within days. The officials say the ships, which carry Tomahawk missiles, do not have a...
