It gets pounded into our heads to be prepared and aware of our weapons, but we can always get lazy and mess up. I sorta had one of those today.

OK, I heard this on the late rebroadcast of Laura Ingraham here in Dallas on WBAP. Details I commented on were not in the article I found linked from her site. FLOTUS is doing some "bring your kids to work day" photo op. Lots of questions about the White House, and the dog, and other drivel. I'm out mountain biking at the local nature preserve here in Garland, TX, and I find this monster lumbering down the trail, munching on grass and weeds. Gotta be either an escapee or another abandoned animal at Rowlett Creek Preserve. Seven church fires so far this year have been ruled arson in the general east Texas area. What makes somebody burn a house of worship?
