PA officials confirmed reports in Israel that US President Donald Trump had lambasted PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas during their meeting in Bethlehem over the PA’s involvement in anti-Israel incitement. On Sunday, Channel 2 reported that the meeting between Trump and Abbas in Bethlehem last week had been anything but cordial. The report cited a US official present during the meeting who claimed that the president had expressed outrage with Abbas, yelling at him regarding Abbas’ claims that his Fatah faction was not involved in anti-Israel and anti-Semitic incitement. “You tricked me in Washington,” the president is said to have yelled...

The United States is sailing in uncharted waters today as the intelligence-security community wages an all-but-declared rebellion against President Donald Trump. Deputy Attorney-General Rod Rosenstein’s decision on Wednesday to appoint former FBI director Robert Mueller to serve as a special counsel charged with investigating allegations of “any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump,” is the latest and so far most significant development in this grave saga. Who are the people seeking to unseat Trump? This week we learned that the powers at play are deeply familiar. Trump’s nameless opponents...

President Trump brought Republican Sen. Rand Paul to Trump National Golf Club in Virginia on Sunday to play golf with him, a little more than a week after the party's healthcare bill failed. "They're discussing a variety of topics, including healthcare," White House deputy press secretary Stephanie Grisham said. Budget director Mick Mulvaney, a former leading House conservative, also joined the two.

President Trump's deputy chief of staff Katie Walsh is leaving her current position to work with political groups whose help the White House is seeking as it plows ahead with an ambitious agenda, two sources familiar with the move told the Washington Examiner. "She's got a track record of being able to raise money," a White House source said. "Hopefully she'll put that to good use in support of the president." But Walsh, a former Republican National Committee staffer who worked closely with chief of staff Reince Priebus in the West Wing, was not popular with some longtime Trump loyalists...

Former Lieutenant Gov. Betsy McCaughey (R-New York) said Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) misled Congress and President Trump as he crafted the failed ObamaCare replacement bill. "He looks like a boy scout but he wasn't prepared," McCaughey, author of "Beating ObamaCare" said, in reference to the Boy Scout motto of 'Be Prepared'.

If you were opposed to the Obamacare replacement bill, the American Healthcare Act (AHCA), it was probably because it was hardly the Obamacare replacement we were promised. Congressional Republicans had no problem holding countless votes to repeal all of or parts of Obamacare when Barack Obama was president, yet all of a sudden there’s a hold up, despite the promise there would be an Obamacare repeal bill on Trump’s desk his first week in office. Unfortunately, the AHCA turned out to be nothing more than Obamacare-lite. Daniel Horowitz summed up the problem in Conservative Review, that “the sum of the...
