Condi's policy speech should be occuring within a few hours. Is it being broadcast on any cable channels? I checked C-Span and it appears that the Senate and House are in session all day.

I am doing research for a novel. One of the issues involves the Panzer Lehr Division. The 130th Panzer Lehr Division was made up of the premier units from the various demonstration and instruction units throughout Germany. It had a reputation as the most powerful Panzer formation in the German Army. I have looked at several different OOB's for Panzer Lehr in the runup to Operation OVERLORD.
