Hey, guys! I just thought of something grand. Let's take up a beer collection for the Apache crews that got Yasin! These guys deserve at least that much.
Anybody got any suggestions, especially any Israeli Freepers?

Just explaining where the beer money went, and will continue to go. Thanks, Jimminy Carter, for making the U.S. a part of this millenia old war. How many more thousands of Americans will get to die, and how many more billions will we get to piss down that hole called the Middle East? Drink up!

At least the Israelis do something useful with US aid. They don't just deposit it in some Swiss account.

Great idea.. but when they're done with it, perhaps they could fly over Gaza and share the byproduct with the Palies.

Here's some other ways to support our comrades in the IDF:
Please support our Israeli Brothers/Sisters-in-Arms as well.
In these troubled times, people around the world are looking for tangible ways to share their feelings with our Israeli soldiers. Our site gives you the opportunity to send Pizza and Soda* to active duty soldiers who are fighting terror and protecting the Jewish people. This includes soldiers on regular military service as well as those who have left their families, homes and jobs to serve the Jewish people as Miluim (Reserve Duty) fighters.
____________________________________________________________
Delight our soldiers out in the field with a Hamburger & Cola and your good wishes!
Share your feelings with them at this difficult time in a very tangible way.
____________________________________________________________
Send IDF Personnel an Ice Cream treat too!
____________________________________________________________
At each site you can include, if you wish, your personal message of support and gratitude to our soldiers
When you do this you are also supporting Israeli Restaurants that have been hit by the tourist slump.
All our deliveries are coordinated with the security forces and thus pose no security risk.
Shalom!

Okay, to answer the customs question: I was assuming we could find a local Freeper with a paypal account who could go out to a local liquor store and deliver the beer to the Apache guys. If that can't be done, than I might suggest donating to the above Pizza and IceCream sites.
Someone HAS to come up with a beer site.

Chris
