King was obnoxiously and belligerently provoking the others and McInerney in particular. He threatened to tell everyone they were having sex. I could see this pushing some teen kid over the edge.

No, it is not. There is a lot of scientific evidence, there is a biological basis to people be gay or lesbian. Also, Freud postulated that men, who were the most violent in their hatred of gays, were most likely to have strong latent homosexual feelings themselves.

Brandon McInerney would seen to fit Freud’s model. Specifically, I will mention his academic performance. McInerney slipped from being of honor student level, to flunking, as if he was having a major personality conflict (as if he was experiencing the wakening of a trait, he could not handle).

Furthermore, I did not absolve Larry King of blame, I said he was retaliating by flirting with Brandon. It is very common for, teenage boys to harass boys, who are effeminate, by calling them fag, queer, etc., and even physical assault. King wanted McInerney to leave him alone, so he flirted with McInerney to repel him. That was a tactic, which only fueled the fire, leading to murder. King was at fault in this respect.

Both McInerney and King were engaging in sexual harassment. You should remember, that McInerney was the one, who committed murder. Murder is not an appropriate response for teasing.

I believe the family would have a better chance of winning a suit, if they had sued on the basis of the school allowing Brandon McInerney to persist in his harassment of King. This is what started the whole problem. Larry King tried to retaliate by flirting with McInerney, and McInerney became so enraged, he resorted to murder.

McInerney is one sick individual. There is a very good chance, based on some of the information, coming out about the murder, that McInerney was latent gay. Then, he became enraged, when he realized he was responding to King’s flirting.

The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is important to all minorities. Minorities are always the target for tyrants and fanatics. All minorities have been targeted for violence at one time, or another. Jews, Native Americans, Japanese-Americans, Chinese-Americans, African-Americans, Arab-Americans, gay Americans, and etc., they have all been tarageted for violence.

A fanny pack, such as the GALCO, works very well for concealment. Though, to gun people, it does scream “gun”, I doubt that many people on the street know that a gun is inside.

Fanny pack holsters are made by all the major holster manufacturers, plus some manufacturers that are not associated with the firearms trade. Example Camelback has hydration packs, which also have a holster built into them.

It can even be more complicated. Example: Women, who have androgen insensitivity syndrome. They have breasts and a vagina, but they are actually XY. Why? There is a gene on the X chromosome called AR, the androgen receptor. In their case, the gene is an anomaly, and will not allow the transport of androgen across the cell membrane. They do identify as women.

Yet, another example: Women with complet gonadal agenesis, who are XY, and have a vagina, uterus, and fallopian tubes, but no gonads. They fail to develop breasts, and require hormone therapy to physically mature. They also develop a female gender identity.

Then, let’s examine the case of girls with congenital adrenal hyperplasia. There is a genetic anomaly, that blocks the production of cortisol. The result is high levels of androgens in the fetal blood stream. Typically, these individuals exhibit various degrees of physical masculinization (fusing of the labia, enlargement of the clitoris, etc.) Behaviorally, they are referred to as tomboys, and some research has indicated about 40% of them are lesbian. In extreme cases, the labia will completely fuse, and the clitoris will become a phallus. The child will most probably identify as a boy, even though they are XX.

Now, for a little gallows humor:

The evidence is some of the boys, including Brandon McTierney, were constantly heckling Larry King, because of his flamboyant effeminancy. King retaliated by flirting with them, which was, in itself, a form of sexual harassment. So, we had both sides engaging in sexual harassment of the other. In this case, it resulted in murder.

Now, let me tell you a story, originally told by a co-worker (now deceased from cancer). He worked at a local electronics company. There was a man that worked there, who was what would be rabidly homophobic (constantly cursing gays). Other workers considered him to be rather obnoxious in his behavior.

The homophobic man was also smitten with one woman. Someone (not identified) put a note on his desk, telling him the woman wanted him to call her. The catch was the number given was for the gay and lesbian hot line. The man was almost incandescent in his anger about the prank.

Though it is possible to see humor in the prank, such pranks are not advisable for two reasons:

1. That kind of prank is sexual harassment (it could lead to loss of employment).

2. The prank could result in someone being killed.

When you consider rape, it is a crime of violence. The usual motive is to humiliate and intimidate the victim. That also applies to the incidents in the locker room.

If Mr. Heller gets into Congress, he can use the Floor to castigate Mayor Fenty and the DC council every day, and do it with impunity (Congressional Immunity).

Hitting someone with a baseball bat is ‘assault with a dangerous or deadly weapon’ and could possibly be considered ‘attempted murder’. Both of those offenses are felonies.

Another counter argument to Mr. Jackson would be to compare his arguments to the case of two wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner. Someone will do it.

I believe you are right about that. The arguments Mr. Jackson made could turn around and bite him in the posterior.

Example: It would be very easy for someone to substitute the word Jewish for ‘same-sex’ in Mr. Jackson’s screed. Then, it will sounds as if Mr. Jackson is arguing that Jewish marriage is illegal, and since the ban was passed by majority vote, the court has no power to overturn the anti-semitism.

Example: Also, it would be very easy for someone to substitute the word Blacks for for ‘same-sex’ in Mr. Jackson’s screed. Then Mr. Jackson would seem to be advocating racism.

Sure, ‘same-sex’ marriage is a controversial subject. However, making the faulty arguments, which Mr. Jackson uses, does not favor any case against ‘same-sex’ marriage.
