The conduct of Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, Dana Nessel and their ilk needs to be compared to the conduct of disgraced and disbarred Durham County, NC prosecuting attorney Mike Nifong. PDJT should not sign this bill until he gets commitments from at least five US Senators that they will sign a written objection to the election results in all seven states where the GOP has had its slates of electors vote in opposition to the 'Rat electors. He should also twist Cocaine Mitch's arm to not seat Gary Peters until the Senate does a full investigation of the Peters-James senate race in Michigan.

The final county in NY-22 counted their mail in ballots today, and Claudia Tenney, the GOP challenger and former congresswoman for this district, is still ahead by 339 votes over the 'Rat incumbent Anthony Brindisi. Tenney was ahead of Brindisi by about 30,000 votes on election night. There are still challenged ballots to be ruled on by a state court judge in Oswego County; it isn't clear how many of these are left. Hopefully she hangs on. Idle thoughts on New York redistricting: If redistricting were fair and geared toward respecting county boundaries and communities of interest as much as possible, here is what would happen. The 2010 census reported that 19,378,102 people live within New York State. This means that 14 districts of 717,707 and 13 districts of 717,708 people must be created (27 into 19,378,102 equals 717,707.48). New York numbers its districts from east to west. Districts 1-4 would consist of all of Suffolk, all of Nassau and 37,948 residents of Queens. This leaves 2,192,774 residents of Queens, 2,153,122 of whom would be divided into...

The last county in New York's 25th District has reported the count of absentee ballots on Sunday afternoon. Ann Marie Buerkle, pro-life Catholic good gal, has 104,374 votes, 567 more than culture of death 'Rat Dan Maffei. Congratulations, Congresswoman-elect Buerkle. You are the GOP's 242nd member of the house for the 112th Congress; the GOP is up 63 seats from the 111th. Only three races left, although the 'Rats lead in all three (the word in NY-01, the east end of Long Island, is that bearded Marxist Tim Bishop is 15 votes ahead of the GOP's Randy Altschuler).

The votes are in from Lake County, Illinois, as of 1626 CST, meaning that all votes are now in. The "Northwest Herald" had reported that Cook County's votes were all in, and, at that point, Walsh lead Melissa Bean by 311 votes district wide. The Lake County Clerk was the last to report. Of the absentees and provisionals, Walsh got 459 votes, for a total countywide of 55,148, and Bean got 473 votes, for a total countywide of 52,025. In Maryland, we have a 47 member Senate elected from single member districts. Of these, 20 incumbents ran unopposed for re-nomination, and 3 seats were open. Of the 24 incumbent senators who were opposed for renomination, 8 are losing at the present time (7 'Rats and Donald Munson, R from the Hagerstown area), and another 'Rat (Jennie Forehand, kook from Rockville, is barely ahead of an ultra-kook former Delegate named Cheryl Kagan).

Jacqui Smith, a Labour party member of parliament for the Redditch constituency in Worcestershire in west central England and the UK Home Secretary was defeated for re-election by a conservative candidate. Smith, who was the Stalinist-style politician who banned Michael Savage from entering the UK (the Home Secretary oversees the UK Border Agency), lost by about 6,000 votes. She was caught up in a scandal where she used the public purse for money she claimed related to reimbursable expenses related to her official duties, when it turned out to be used in part to purchase porno movies.

Florida Secretary of State's web site now shows the following totals: Bush/Cheney----2,912,790 Sore/Loserman--2,912,253 BUSH WINS BY 537 VOTES. It turns out that the military overseas ballots put Bush over the top--he was down in the regular count, as recounted, by 202 votes; but the absentee military votes went 1,575 to 836 for Bush, and he wins it.
