Back in 2009, just months after his swearing in, president Barack Obama was crowned with an unexpected glory: he won the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 due to "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples." Back then there was little indication that just a few years after his crowning achievement of "ending the war" in and returning US troops from Iraq, he would send US troops right back in Iraq for the 3rd US invasion of the country in three decades, but also send out US troops across the globe, and launch the second cold...

This morning on CNN Ben Carson was asked if homosexuality is a choice and he didn’t shy away from answering it, saying he absolutely believes it is a choice. When asked why, he suggested that one example of this being a choice is that some people who go into prison straight and come out gay. If it’s not a choice then how could that happen? Watch: Video Link As I said, heads are exploding over his comments. If you just search Google News you’ll find dozens of articles already written on it. And most of them are negative, as you...
  • Arkansas Homeschool Children Still Being Held By County DHS without Charges or Reason

    02/22/2015 7:25:45 PM PST · by Mozilla · 33 replies
As I earlier reported, the Stanleys, of Garland County Arkansas, had their seven homeschoolers forcibly taken from their home. Though they were given several reasons, all unsubstantiated, for the Department of Human Services investigation no charges were filed. They originally were informed that they would have the children returned in 72 hours. It has been five weeks. Christiannews.net reports Last week, the Stanley's [sic] learned that a hearing scheduled over the matter has been postponed until March 23. Therefore, the children will remain in custody for at least another month until the hearing is held. This means that the County...

Having lived through this two years ago in Michigan, I can tell you the insanity Wisconsin is in for, but then again the state that dealt with the Democrat fleebagger insanity isn’t going to be surprised by too much. Republican leaders in the Wisconsin Legislature have decided to fast-track right-to-work through the legislative process, and Gov. Scott Walker has indicated he’s ready to sign it: --snip-- Some will say Walker is only doing this to burnish his presidential bona fides. To that I would say two things: 1. It’s the Legislature that’s leading this charge; and 2. If the way...

A new video from Al Shabaab purportedly shows the terror group calling for an attack on Mall of America, in Bloomington, Minn. According to Fox 9, the mall is one of three similar targets the terror group specifically names, including West Edmonton Mall in Canada and the Oxford Street shopping area in London. The video purportedly shows 6 minutes of graphic images and the terrorists celebrating the 2013 Westgate Mall attack in Nairobi, Kenya, that killed more than 60 people.

On Saturday, the New York Daily News reported that former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani doubled down on his criticism of Barack Obama, saying the president has been influenced by communism since childhood. According to the Daily News, Giuliani said Obama has been immersed in the statist ideology since he was about nine years old. “The ideas that are troubling me and are leading to this come from Communists with whom he associated since he was 9 years old,” the former mayor told the Daily News. MSNBC host Al Sharpton responded by calling the statement racist, despite Obama's own admission...

Years ago, hints on questioning Obama’s loyalty to the U.S. was considered conspiracy theory. Today Americans are becoming increasingly more suspicious struggling to find rhyme or reason for Obama’s latest Middle East policies. Rudy Giuliani seems to attribute Obama’s policies to be influenced through his affiliations with radical socialists like Frank Marshall Davis. But serious questions will prove that Obama’s policies are not different than a Muslim who supports the revival of the Muslim grand caliphate. Was Obama influenced only by a Marxist-Leninist agenda or did he also not grow up Muslim, having learned how to recite the Muslim call...

The headline in the UK newspaper, The Independent, says it all: Libya civil war: Italy ready to train anti-Isis forces to protect its own borders. Europe is getting scared of ISIS, especially Italy, whose southern islands are only 185 miles from the coast of Libya, where ISIS recently beheaded 21 Egyptian Christians on the beach. It doesn’t help that ISIS recently threatened to conquer Rome. With the historical record showing that ISIS typically lives up to its threats, I can understand why the Italians are worried. Couple the threat of being conquered with the reality of terrorists living amongst you...

One of the most vocal owners in professional sports did not mince words when asked for his thoughts of the debate over net neutrality at a conference Wednesday. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is set to vote on the reforms later this month. “That will f**k everything up,” said Mark Cuban at the Code/Media conference in Laguna Niguel, Calif, Re/Code reported. Cuban is the owner of the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Dallas Mavericks and co-host of ABC’s Shark Tank. Later this month, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will vote on a proposal by the group’s chairman, Tom Wheeler, that will...

Top U.S. counterterrorism officials say they worry a potential terrorist could be hiding among refugees who are looking to come to the United States after escaping the brutal war in Syria. "It's clearly a population of concern,” the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Nicholas Rasmussen, told the House Homeland Security Committee on Wednesday. Committee Chairman Mike McCaul, R-Texas, went further, saying it would be a “huge mistake” to bring refugees from the conflict to the U.S. – even as an estimated 4 million children, women and men have been forced to flee Syria and another 7 million have been...

    Fox News ^ | January 16, 2015 | James A. Phillips
The Islamic State, formerly known as ISIS (the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), has become a bitter rival of Al Qaeda, its parent organization. Its leaders represent a new generation of Islamist militants who have broken with Al Qaeda in a power struggle over Syria and the future of the global Islamist revolution. Both groups share the same ultimate goal: the establishment of a global caliphate, to be ruled under a harsh brand of sharia (Islamic law). But they clash over what strategy and tactics are best, as well as who should lead the global jihad (holy war) to...

The reason the federal government went after D’Souza so forcefully was that Dinesh, in his first movie 2016: Obama’s America, hit the nail right on the head regarding our Dear Leader’s agenda. Obama could not let this continue. He had to attempt to silence Dinesh and buy more time to complete his goal—the creation of a global Islamic caliphate. The evidence is just too overwhelming. There is no other conclusion any intelligent, thinking man can come to. ---snip--- The goal of this administration is to weaken American power so the United States cannot stop the formation of the caliphate from...

For months, concerns over what Gov. John Kitzhaber has called the "gray area" between his 47-year-old fiancee's private and professional lives haunted the longtime politician — through his 2010 election, his third term in office, his historic bid for a fourth term and the weeks since his January inauguration. Kitzhaber's problems came to a head Friday, when the former emergency room physician resigned from office, effective Feb. 18. His decision came after a week of political drama, which Secretary of State Kate Brown called "bizarre and unprecedented" and which has absorbed this normally quiet capital. Under the state constitution, Brown...

Not even two years after being rolled out by the New York baker Dominique Ansel, the cronut -- that’s a doughnut made with croissant dough, for those who might have been living under a rock -- has gone mainstream. Dunkin’ Donuts, the Canton-based breakfast food franchise, said Wednesday that it would make the “croissant donut” a permanent addition to its menu. (“Cronut” is a trademarked term.) Since introducing the item in November, Dunkin’ said it has sold 8.5 million of them, with about 3.9 million sold since mid-December, according to past news releases.

A Utah woman pleaded guilty Thursday to murdering her six newborn babies over a 10-year period and storing them in her garage. Megan Huntsman, 39, strangled and suffocated her children, wrapped the babies in towels and blankets and stuffed them into boxes that she put in the garage, the Los Angeles Times reports. Huntsman, who said she lost count of how many babies she killed, faces up to life in prison for each murder. She will be sentenced April 20.
