A legal training was scheduled at the Catholic Charities headquarters on November 3,2014. It was to help provide legal counsel ("pro-bono") on behalf of UAC's primarily arriving from Central American failed states. The CLE (continuing legal education) course was offered in exchange for representing at least one UAC client. Houston Patriots perform a stealth demonstration on October 2,2014 at the Hotel ZaZa in anticipation of Congressman Luis Gutierrez's arrival. This event was hosted by the Mexican-American Bar Association and many noteworthy elected officials and judges were present. Cars entering the drive were greeted with a huge No Reconquista sign in sync with the attitudes and radicalism of the ethnocentric anti-American crowd and their fellow travelers. On Friday, September 26,2014 a luncheon was scheduled at the First Circuit Court of Appeals. It was a meeting arranged by Judge Michael Massengale and the Activist Catholic Charities helping to arrange relief for Unaccompanied Minors crossing the borders in droves and explain their vulnerabilities as they encounter our legal system. On my ride home from a hill country family vacation the internet finally came back around San Antonio. It was then that I learned that a protest was planned against Senator Ted Cruz by the beneficiaries of Obama's DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) Executive Order.
