“This new policy by the Biden administration is a slap in the face to every consumer in the nation who worked hard to develop a good credit score. Forcing them to subsidize lower scored buyers adds insult to the injury of the higher fees they are now required to pay. This is the latest in a disturbing pattern of Biden’s big government intervention into the lives of hard-working Americans in order to push his progressive social agenda..."

My husband and I are recently retired and looking to relocate to the southeastern area of Tennessee, somewhere near the vicinity of Delano. If anyone would share tips, i.e. locale, realtor options, I would be grateful.

I have watched many of the numerous hearings held in several states and have listened to the sworn testimonies of poll workers and legal voters. I have heard and read the mathematical, statistical, and technological voting analyses and reports of numerous professionals in their fields. I am appalled by the offensive, blatant, election fraud that has been proven to have occurred in numerous states and have attempted to contact each of my state’s senators and congressmen.

Several days ago, I happened across a video of a group of women in a store who took off their panties to wear as masks (link in comments). I thought, "In light of the most recent issuance by Alabama Governor Ivey (link in comments), I will wear two pairs of underwear during my next public outing."

I am in mourning. Although I should be retiring "high on the hog," so to speak, my heart breaks for students who have no clue and have been spoon-fed so much that they do not know basic multiplicaiton facts, choose not tp follow rules, and cannot follow simple directions. It's as though they expect all to be given to them. And if they do not get their way, I am to blame.

Mob rule has often been described as two wolves and a sheep deciding what's for supper. A pure democracy is an example of mob rule. Our Founding Fathers designed our government to resist mob rule. Based on my experience serving as a public school teacher for nearly 40 years, my study of our U.S. Constitution, involvement in local, state, and national politics within several states for over 25 years, reading, watching, and listening to a variety of writers, radio and television commentators/pundits, I have formulated an opinion: Reflecting on the years since our most recent Presidential election, I perceive a...

Sessions set four goals for his tenure: to reduce the rates of murder, violent crime generally, opioid prescription fraud and drug overdose deaths. He achieved all four... just as impressive has been the refocusing of the department’s efforts under Sessions’s leadership to protect the liberties of Americans.

So the passing of another week has a new performer showing up to participate in the year-long circus unfortunately known as the Alabama State Department of Education. The new act is headlined by Bryan Taylor, legal counsel to Governor Kay Ivey. He burst onto the stage with great fanfare late on August 17 clutching a letter decreeing that the music must stop and the clowns return to their makeup room. As things now stand, the state board of education has a called meeting set for Aug. 23. But lawyer Taylor, the same guy who recently took to social media to...

Dear FReeper Family, I, my family and I, have reached an impasse. We live in Alabama, and my mother and my only sibling, a younger sister, and her family live in Virginia, very near to Mama. Unfortunately, I find myself needing legal counsel in order to determine how best to take care of Mama. If there is a fellow FReeper who can communicate privately with me, I would be extremely grateful. I have no idea what questions to ask or to whom I should pose those questions. As of now, I am in research mode and any assistance is most...
