Purity has been the invisible enemy of conservatives for at least 50 years, maybe longer. PDJT taught us to leave our “puritanical” ideals behind if we want to save ourselves,.

If anything, it’s worse than it was in 1977. Between the college professors and the student bodies, the anti-Americanism is appalling and deeply disturbing. The American ideal is so perfect that it must be destroyed by the elites if their idea of of a “perfect society” is to be installed. Perfect for them maybe. My knowledge of American history is deficient enough that I don’t know who first proposed the idea that America is the last bastion of true freedom (Lincoln, Reagan, Flynn?), but whoever it was is 100% right and I see evidence from around the world that people can see this. The world is now solidly behind America and President Trump.

Oh, I really like that Mike Davis tweet! Foldspace, you do such great work and you never say a word! While I temporarily have the floor, I’d like to add that I really like everyone here too. We keep each other accountable and on our toes. Nobody gets a free pass for nonsense we might throw out there and I really like that too. I’ve never seen any one of you in person, though I’ve seen photos of jvette and Tennessee Conservative (Melinda), who are both pretty, but I consider all of you part of my extended family. Like all families, we squabble sometimes, but that doesn’t stand in the way of our admiration, respect and affection for each other. Y’all or all y’all (*wink*) should know that.

The Egyptian example of ousting the Muslim Brotherhood was much more complex than business owners protesting against perceived government abuses. The people had been looking for political leadership that would lead to meaningful reform of Egypt on a societal level and the creation of a new, inclusive constitution, and they didn’t see that it was happening.

What they saw was a group that sought revenge against its political enemies, and threatened the police, judiciary, and the army. The public perception was that they were a closed ideological group that held meetings in secret and ruled Egypt from behind a curtain, with nefarious plans to destroy the country and remain in power forever. Egypt’s military was instrumental in leading the “soft coup” and it had the full backing of every level of society. This is what led to the overthrow of the Muslim Brotherhood. It wasn’t a one-day protest by business-owners but, rather, a whole-of-society rejection of their incompetence, rigidity and inability to bring about the modernization that the people expected.

I suppose in that regard the Muslim Brotherhood isn’t all that different from the Democrat party.

I agree with you. A one day shutdown mostly hurts the businesses shutting down, their employees, and their customers. It isn’t practical and wouldn’t have the effect that’s imagined. For example, there are about 12 fast food places within a three mile radius of where I live, all owned and operated by private citizens. Five of them are newcomers to Canada in the last 5-15 years and barely speak english. They would NEVER agree to join an anti-government protest and close for one day. They’d be gleeful if the other seven shut down for the day as they’d pick up some portion of their sales. The staff at most small businesses tend to be minimum wage employees who are struggling to pay their bills. A day off without pay is a true hardship for them.

I suggested that small businesses could organize a one day shutdown - in their communities and nationally.

This is an interesting idea but I don’t understand how this would motivate the various governments to end their abuses of the citizens. It would certainly hurt the governments in that they’d be deprived of their various tax revenues for that day (retail, income, etc.), but would cause disproportionate harm to the small businesses. Those that survived the shutdowns during covid are still struggling to get back on their feet and restore themselves to their pre-covid financial positions. If we start with the premise that governments would love to get rid of ALL small business, the backbone of every successful economy, this would seem to further that goal in that it’s more damaging to the small businesses than the governments. I’d like to understand better your thinking in this regard if you wouldn’t mind explaining it to me.

And there we have it - the reason for all the bad press about Boeing. I knew there was a motive somewhere but wasn’t able to see it immediately. I don’t know how these things work but, in my imagination, all planes must have maintenance reports submitted to the FAA, especially those involving highly unusual events that affect passengers. The Biden administration must have someone at or near the top of the FAA exposing these reports to the public to damage their reputation. These events probably happen to all brands but they’re focussed on taking down China’s biggest competitor. I fly a fair amount and will continue to do so, with only minor reservations 😉

I think I read a little while ago that he made a deal with the RNC. The deal saw the merger of WinRed and President Trump’s fundraising site. Under the new agreement, President Trump gets 90% control of the money and WinRed/RNC gets 10%. I’m not sure his old site exists any longer. Someone please correct me if I’ve misstated the new arrangement.

Donald Trump got it right with his third wife when he chose Melania. I recall hearing a supposedly “scandalous” recording of her speaking to her Aide and dropping the f bomb during the conversation. The public was supposed to be so shocked that they wouldn’t vote for her husband after hearing Melania say “f**k”. I laughed and thought, “Really? Is that the best you can do? How desperate.” Having a fighter by your side is a necessity for a warrior like President Trump and I’m sure she’s kept his spirits up during the challenging times he’s faced in the last 9 years. You just KNOW what kind of son they’re raising.

I’m so happy you’re getting to see your grandson at least sometimes. If I remember correctly, there was a time when your family had excluded you from their activities because of your vaccination status and viewpoints.

That suggestion is a good one. I’ve thought for a long time that Elon is one of the 3 non-military members of the inside group comprising the Q team. It’s likely Musk or his security team already knows this and has passed the information along to PDJT. With all of the DS, the mentally manipulated, the extreme left, and generic anti-Trump people out there, President Trump would be dead 6 times over if they didn’t have the most excellent sources inside social media, in addition to an exceptional protective detail.

The web site “How bad is my batch?” suggests that the wide variations between side effects was due to different dosage strengths administered to different geographical locations in the early distribution areas, mostly the USA. There was an early, though unsubstantiated, rumour that red states received high (damaging) content doses, while blue states received low damage vaccines. It allowed Pharma to see the effects of the various dosages on people, while at the same time potentially damaging more conservatives than liberals.

My opinion is that the “advanced knowledge” we may or may not have is not of a nature that would make it illegal or immoral to capitalize on it, if we’re able to find a way to do that. We know nothing FOR CERTAIN and we didn’t get what we DO know in a secretive, private or illegal manner. We collectively deduced it from a series of cryptic hints. Any English speaker in the world could have read the Q drops and joined online forums where they were discussed.

Furthermore, I don’t think the information exchanged here counts as insider information since nobody here is one of the “less than 10”, that I know of. You can feel sanguine about making whatever financial decisions you believe are best for you based on the entirety of your life experience, including our discussions about everything we’ve ever talked about here in 6.5 years.
