All they have to do is go through ICE. Aurora, like many politically correct municipalities and counties, has policies in place that limit their police department’s role in immigration enforcement. It’s not that they “don’t have the ability,” it is that the powers-that-be there forbid them to check legal status by accessing ICE’s data base.
I hope the GOP in Iowa has bought up a lot of TV time. They don’t even need to spend money producing ads. They can just run this over and over, the closer we get to the election, until every farmer and person in the state with relatives who farm have seen it a hundred times. What a moron.
Agree, but my point was that this guy must be dumb as dirt. He just insulted about a third of the voters in Iowa, the very people he wants to represent in the Senate.
I don't see the political wisdom in insulting elderly farmers in Iowa. Not a brilliant strategy to win their votes. This guy is not ready for prime time.
Jay Rockefeller is not one of the brighter bulbs on the Congressional chandelier, and he never heard of a left-wing crackpot idea that he did not endorse.

Another opportunity for the courts and our government to put the interests ahead of murderous illegal aliens ahead of the interests of American citizens whom they have victimized. We are now second-class citizens in our own country.
