Heading into the final weeks of the congressional election season, 62% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that no matter how bad things are, Congress can always make them worse. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 19% disagree, with 19% more not sure. It started with an early morning warehouse fire in north Houston, which Harris County Clerk Beverly Kaufman believes the building is where the county housed many of it's 10,000 voting machines. This as officials prepare for this year's mid-term elections.
