The city is fighting to keep videos of the May shootout at the Twin Peaks restaurant out of the press, and still hasn’t confirmed how many victims were shot by police. Why is Waco, Texas, fighting to suppress multiple videos of the shootout that killed nine bikers at the Twin Peaks restaurant on May 17? Why are some attorneys in the case now prohibited from talking to the press? And why haven’t Waco officials revealed how many of the nine victims were killed by bullets from police officers’ guns?

...When they headed to Twin Peaks that day, there was never a peaceful meeting planned. The Bandidos had no idea anything was going down, which is why they had a rather sad showing of attendance in comparison to the people brought in by the Cossacks. Several of the men in that club claim that they had other plans that day and were called in to Twin Peaks that very morning. They arrived in a forceful showing of numbers and soon flooded the patio and parking lot with Cossacks. Many witnesses say that the Cossacks posted themselves like sentries all around...

The Twin Peaks Massacre has always, clearly, been an ATF or FBI operation gone terribly wrong. The Waco police and most of official Waco have been lying about it since May 17. A couple of pieces of evidence became generally available this weekend that shine a little light into this black hole of deceit. First, it is now absolutely inarguable that at least 182 people were arrested on May 17 and that five of them were “unarrested” by 5:28 a.m. the next morning. Three of the four bikers who remain jailed in the wake of the deadly Twin Peaks shootout have felony charges pending in other counties. Of the 177 bikers jailed following the May 17 melee, only Michael E. Chaney, a Cossack from Fort Worth; Joseph Ortiz, a Bandido from San Antonio; Marcus Pilkington, a Bandido from Mexia; and Daniel Pesina, a member of a Bandidos support group called Macheteros from San Antonio, remain jailed in McLennan County.

A Waco police detective was selected Wednesday to preside over a new McLennan County grand jury that could be the panel that considers the Twin Peaks shootings.

Abel Reyna (AR) and Sgt. Patrick Swanton must have been sweating cold as they blitzed the media with apocalyptic visions of SAMCRO and the Mayans stabbing, shooting, and raping their way across Central Texas Marketplace during church hour, with the heroic police saving the day. But it was showtime, and the news cameras were already rolling. And thus, the "biker shootout" meme was born.

I was talking to someone whose information I trust. Some or all of this information has been published, but I don't particularly trust the media and it's spin, so I'm repeating what I was told below with some ancillary information. According to my source: What happened was that about 10 Banditos were surrounded in the parking lot by about 100 Cossacks and Scimitars (a Cossack afilliate club) and attacked. One of the Cossacks shot a Bandito, another shot was fired by a Cossack near the patio and then the police began firing on the crowd. If there was a 'shootout'...
