  • Newt Gingrich for President is absolutely who we should support

The biggest enemy business has today is the EPA, the only one of the candidates that will get rid of it is Ron Paul. Newt’s a great debater, but he is not a Constitutionalist, Ron Paul is.

Folks if things like the EPA are not eliminated you are going to be paying $8 for a eight foot 2X4 in three years.

We cannot afford 4 more years of tinkering, we need a surgeon, a man who will gut this inefficient, costly, brutal, g0vernemnt. That is not Newt, it is Dr. Paul. Look at the previous 20 year track record of both.

I think most conservaties agree with those things but they don’t feel comfortable with his “Blame Amerian First” foreign policy stance.

He sees the murder of over 3,000 people on 9/11 as an act of terrorism and not an act of war. Our country was clearly attacked by radical Islamist, We can either fight or surrender, Paul chose surrender and the white flag. Most conservatives find that disgusting.

You have obviously not tread what he said. Call his office and ask for a transcript. I think you'll find that what he did say makes a lot of sense. We have done nothing for the people of the middle east, not that I think they would have prospered from any help we gave directly to them, since they are so filled with hate, but, our aid has gone to the dictators and the UN.

Dr. Paul and I have disagreed on this, but his good far outweighs his bad. And he has been consistent for these twenty plus years that I have followed him.

This is how I select a candidate:
    He must be pro-life.
Has he been consistent in his positions?
Does he understand the economy and how it works?
Does he understand that what is destroying our country is g0vernment?

Look, for every $50,000 dollars more the G0vernemt(s) hit me, another man or woman loses his job. For every $50K I save from G0vernemnt, I hire one more man or woman. Ron Paul is the only one that gives potential employees a light at the end of the tunnel. And I will guarantee you I am not the only employer that takes that stand. We cannot print the stuff, we have to show a profit.

Because he is nuts. If you haven't figured that out after last nights comedic performance, then you are one seriously clueless Paulbot. "Why didn't we just capture bin Laden?" I mean REALLY? How about because he picked up an AK when the SEALS entered the room. The man's an idiot--the worst joke I have ever seen in a politician.

First, after the truth started coming out, there was no AK. Second, the only people I have ever seen who have passed medical school that are idiots are abortionist, of which Dr. Paul is not.

Third the only ones I have ever seen refer to accomplished successful people as idiots, are idiots.

And yes I do support Dr. Paul, he is the only one that seems to understand how deeply we are in debt. He seems to be the only one that understands the necessity of cutting G0vernment spending.

Are you in such a stable position that you can ignore the debt and spending?

He loads up the bills with earmarks, then votes against any bill he knows will pass. The guy is a fraud.

    Give me two examples.

Ron Paul could have stopped the 2-month extension of the Payroll Tax “holiday”, simply by showing up and objecting.

He didn’t. But he’ll go back for a meaningless vote that won’t stop anything.

Why should he be the republican hammer? How many uniform republicans are supporting him? You have the speaker of the house, why didn't he stop it? How about the rest of the house leadership, why didn't they stop it, why not call them and ask them? I called Dr. Paul and I am happy with his answer.

I am torn between Ron Paul and Newt. But, I would pay to see Newt have an un-moderated debate with the usurper.

Newt, as a member of C0ngress voted for increases, Rick as a member of the Senate voted for increases, the only candidate who has never voted for an increase in the debt limit is Congressman Ron Paul.

Why are so many so afraid that the man who has never voted to fund abortion, never done and abortion, never voted for a debt ceiling increase, never stopped yelling about the corrupt federal reserve, has consistently fought against presidents being able to go to war without a vote from Congress, etc, being the Republican nominee?

    You know nothing about me,

That's right, and how much do you know about me? Yet you started these attacks. Is that what the Roman Catholic church teaches?

As for your signup date, it’s simple to find out

As is yours: netmilsmom Since Sep 8, 2002

    so what?

Have you never read Mathew 20:1-16? If so, tell me how, by being here longer, does that make your post of any more value than mine?

I await your apology, but even with it, we will not name our 11th after you, nor, God willing the 12th.

  • CA: Black pastors urge followers to join Occupy fold

The Rev. Harold Mayberry stood before his First African Methodist Episcopal Church congregation Sunday morning in Oakland and outlined how it was time for members to connect with the Occupy Wall Street movement.

It would be a lot better for him and his flock if he urged them to keep their zippers, up, get and education, take a shower, pull their pants up, and get some work ethic.

Why is that worldwide manufacturers go to China instead of Africa? Africa has a lot more natural resources. The question has a two word answer. WORK ETHIC. Go hang a round any big companies human resource office, notice the ethnicity of the applicants.

What the black church pastors need to preach is Christ, His rules, and work ethics. Not encouraging them to go hang around a bunch of bums.

I have seen that, and I agree with him, it is a states right issue. Where is abortion being reigned in, on the State level or on the federal level? The state level.

It is the fed that screws things up. It is the states that unravel the harm done by the states.

Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum touted an 11th-hour endorsement from conservative Christian leaders on Sunday ahead of South Carolina's crucial nominating contest but it appeared to have little influence on churchgoers

We know we have only one leader, His Name is Christ and He died for us. When these so called leaders start dying for us, when they start following Christ' example, then my family and I will start taking them serious.

In the mean time we will stay with the man who has inspired us with his honesty, his living his pro-life stance, the man who stands for the same ideals today that he did 25 years ago, Ron Paul.

What is being hypocritical is the claim that one loves Jesus but not religion. Christianity is a religion, it is the religion that preaches that Jesus is God, that one must be Born Again. What does he think, that being a Christian is a stand alone thing?

What do those fools think God caused this to be written in His Book, the Holy Bible for: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:25
