They had a short clip of weather and included "flooding caused by rainstorms in Cape Girardeau, MO". They then showed a short clip of flooded highway 146 in East Cape Girardeau, IL. So they got the city and the state wrong. Sad music, "They tried to take away healthcare" with a TV image of President Trump, "cut funding for breast-cancer screenings", again with image of Trump in background, "they even failed to act as our veterans died", but now a new day for Illinois, "to fight for affordable healthcare, equal pay for women...and for the wealthiest to pay their fair share" with a full screen pic of Trump's name on a skyscraper. Voters also also have to show their thumbs, since they ink the thumb after they receive their ballot.
