Rush opened his program today saying that he was originating it from a 'highly secret location,' somewhere in a big state. He gave this as part of an apology for not having the dittocam up and running. He said he hoped to be back in his usual location tomorrow, "after the sweep.." and he stopped himself there. Whazzup widdat? Was he in town helping a local radio station during "sweeps week?" Were security personnel 'sweeping' his FL or NY studios for something dangerous? He said something else peculiar during the first 2 minutes of his show, but I don't recall...

There are Freepers in this land, There are Pubbies, There are Greenies and Yippies and then There are those that follow the Little General, But I've never been one of them. I'm a Demo Lefty, And have been since before I was born. And the one thing they say about Demos, Is they'll take you as soon as you're warm. Actor Harrison Ford engaged in some real-life heroics last week when he rescued an ailing hiker off an 11,106-foot mountain peak with his helicopter! The Idaho Falls Post Register reported: Sarah George, 20, of Idaho Falls and Megan Freeman, 22, of Rigby, were on a five-hour climb of Table Mountain last Monday when heat, altitude and dehydration left George sick and unable to take more than a couple steps at a time. She was in clear and present danger. Fortunately, another hiker called for help on his cell phone, and Harrison Ford was en route with his Bell 407 helicopter. ...

Hellmouth, CA (MIBNN) -- A Social Scientist at Darleigh Fickinson Unversity at Hellmouth has announced the formation of a working group to consider a new unit of measurement of BS. Currently available measuring devices, known as Bisometers, are calibrated in units known as FraDeRos, named after a particularly constant natural source discovered in 1932 and active until 1945. The FraDeRo replaced an older less precisely defined unit, the WoWi. Bisometers were first produced in the modern units in 1947, and have undergone the process of refinement common to all high-tech measuring devices, becoming available in lightweight portable battery operated versions, ...
