MEMO TO TED CRUZ: Senator Cruz, throughout your entire campaign you have stated repeatedly: "The American people know that I will do exactly what I say I will do." Well, Mr. Cruz, my question for you is: WHAT ABOUT THE PLEDGE? You're breaking your word on that so you will break your word on anything else you choose to. I once thought you were the Messiah to the GOP, but in the past month or so I have come to see you as just another lying, sleazy, scumbag politician.

The Justice Department would stall any prosecution of Hillary Clinton until after the presidential election should the FBI recommend she be indicted for using a private email server as secretary of state, former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV. Carly Fiorina has rocketed into second place in the Republican presidential field on the heels another strong debate and Donald Trump has lost some support, a new national CNN/ORC poll shows. The survey, conducted the three days after 23 million people tuned in to Wednesday night's GOP debate on CNN, shows that Trump is still the party's front-runner with 24% support. That, though, is an 8 percentage point decrease from earlier in the month when a similar poll had him at 32%.
