Any decent lawyer will demand a jury trial and over 50% of the jury pool will consider the murder a part of the "reparations package" which was due to the ferals.

And they will lie about their feelings in order to get on the jury. A conviction is not going to happen.

The left is always on board with the federal government being SOLEY in charge of immigration control when Democrats are in charge, but when a conservative Republican administration takes over, suddenly everyone else can meddle in the process.

I don't think this is really true. The whole idea of "sanctuary cities and states" has been around for a long time. The real issue is that the left has never seen a way to hurt the USA and spend our tax dollars on it, they did not like.

You did not mention the very strict penalties for drug possession — always jail for less than 15 grams, execution for more than 15 grams.

Lets be a little careful here. Only the parties involved can have a junction issued against them. But what about cases where Gun Owners of America sues BATF for some misguided policy? It seems to me that these are nationwide parties and any injunction would have to be nationwide.

In fact, I seem to remember a case about a year ago when only GOA members were afforded relief in a gun rights lawsuit. This is good for members, but the entire country should be able to enjoy their rights without being a GOA member.
