No you aren’t loath to mention it, less than an hour since the explosions occurred and you are already spouting conspiracy BS. You couldn’t wait to get on here to “mention” it.

You are right, I am positive there are more southern boys than Yankee fags in the military. But the Yankee fags are probably outnumbered 10 to 1 by the southern boy fags in the military. Maybe you should join up.

The other thing the US government has that you don’t is the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines.

1) You state that because I don’t support secession I’m a RINO. If that’s the criteria, the there are only about .001% true Republicans in this country. Do you not understand that RID’s (Republicans in Delusion) such as yourself give the left very easy targets. Your cause, whatever it might be would be much better served if you’d follow the old maxim, talk less, listen more.

2) I stand by my comments that anyone who wants to break apart America has no right to call themselves American much less a patriot. Frankly I think that if you REALLY believe that we should break apart America, then your a traitor.

3) Any talk of breaking apart America is disrespectful to those people who have given their service and lives to America.

It is exactly this type of branding that is fracturing the conservative movement.

What you fail to address is that many of those signatures are the same person signing multiple petitions.

The whole thing is invalidated if someone from Nebraska can sign the Texas petition.

If you look at the source information on the petitions the VAST majority of signatures aren’t from the same state as the petition addresses.

Your right, you SHOULD follow the example set by our forefathers. Go find an Island, start a new nation there and IF for some reason the marines land, fight them off with your flintlock.

What has become quite clear is that many politicians used the Tea Party movement to advance their own goals without any true allegiance to what the true Tea Party is all about.

I suspect you are probably right in that there is probably something out there that we don’t know about.

Much of what goes on behind the scenes in Washington is never made public. It is not unlikely that there is information on Newt that we haven’t been privy to.

The man has had ethical issues throughout his career, doesn’t surprise me a bit to hear that there may be other things out there that we don’t know about.

You folks need to put on your strategy hats and think of it this way. Assuming she knows something, then she can have the maximum impact with that information if she sits on it. If she releases it now, then it might ensure Romney gets the nomination. If she sits on it, then if Newt wins the nomination she can bring it out and ensure Obama’s re-election.

In an interview with local media today, the Judge has confirmed it was him and that it occured.

He says he’s since apologized.

Based on what I have found on the internet about Jerry Kane, I think I have an idea of what MIGHT have happened yesterday to cause this. This is just an attempt by me to understand how something like this could happen.

In a video posted to YouTube, Jerry and Joe Kane can been seen at one of their seminars. They would teach that all debt contracts are the responsibility of the U.S. government, not the debt-holders because, they teach, American currency really doesn’t exist.

Web sites touting the two Kanes reinforce their teaching that only debt exists, and the U.S. government is responsible for it because it really holds all gold and property.

In fact, at one seminar posted on YouTube, Kane says a driver’s license is a debt contract with the federal government.

“It’s a promise to pay,” Kane says in the video. “It’s a bond...You’ve committed, uh, you’ve already guaranteed, uh, confessed guilt on anything they want to charge you with.”
Last month, Kane was pulled over in New Mexico for driving without a license. Tonight on Action News 5 at 5pm and 6pm, learn more about a radio broadcast where Kane details the arrest and talks about the arresting officers.

So we have a guy who is at least slightly anti government and who doesn’t believe in carrying a drivers license. He gets pulled over at 11:36am. The officer approaches and asks for ID. Kane doesn’t have any. Kane having already been popped for not having a DL the previous month has a chip on his shoulder. He probably takes an attitude with the officer. The situation devolves and the officer attempts to arrest him. Gunfire breaks out at 11:50am.

14 minutes elapse from the stop to the gunfire. Thats just about the right amount of time for the officer to attempt to identify Kane, deal with his attitude, and decide to arrest. The news reports state that Kane shoved the officer to the pavement before the gunfire broke out.

They flee the scene, go to an apartment complex and pull the tags, head to WM where they have the best chance of either finding a white van to steal other tags from or carjacking a different vehicle to flee in.

100% agreed.

The question is why??? What in gods name made them feel like they had to do such a horrible thing.

The Game and Fish officer should get an award for bravery. He put his life at risk to stop them from escaping.

While the information is not complete at this time, there is a lot of information on the internet relating to the timeline of events on this incident.

1) West Memphis officer Bill Evens pulls over the white van with ohio plates, reason for the stop is unknown. Standard procedure during a traffic stop would be to call in the plate number and a description of the vehicle before the officer ever gets out of his car.

2) Second officer arrives on the scene to act as backup. This again is SOP. The second officer is the son of the police chief of West Memphis.

3) After about 15 minutes from the start of the stop, something happens and shooting breaks out. Both officers are killed. Chief of police is one of the first on scene and finds his son dead.

4) Call goes out to look for the white mini van with ohio tags.

5) Van located at WM, occupants open fire again wounding the Sherrif and the Deputy with him.

6) Game and Fish officer rams the van with his truck

7) Occupants of van are killed.

Both officers who were killed were married with young children at home. The Sherrif who was shot is 71 years old and is due to retire at the end of the year. The Deputy with him was shot 3 times in the abdomen and is in critical condition, but expected to recover.

I have no sympathy for the two people who did this. I don’t care who they were or what agenda they had.

There will be video from the dash cams along with video from the WM store the final shootings took place at.

There is no conspiracy here, just a lot of tragedy and some questions that will be answered over the coming weeks.

Everyone should keep in mind several things

1) This is a new class of submarine using a new type of propulsion system. It is not detectable via our sonar. That doesn’t mean our men and women in uniform are suddenly slacking off on their jobs. It’s a technology issue, the adversary has evolved and so must our counter measures.

2) In 2004 The US Navy leased one of these subs and it’s crew from Sweden for 2 years so they could war game against it,study it and develop effective counter measures. They gave it back to Sweden in 2007.

3) When the source story mentions the success this sub has had against our navy, it was during the 2004-2007 time frame that we had it leased from Sweden. This isn’t something that happened last week.
