It's an elemental fact that people increasingly don't want to hear: Sex differences in personality and behavior are real. And they have a profound effect on many aspects of health. .... ...It's time for a grown-up conversation about sex. No, not that one. The other one, about the minds of men and women. Converging lines of empirical evidence—from developmental neuroscience, medical genetics, evolutionary biology, cross-cultural psychology, and new studies of transsexuality—along with our evolutionary heritage, all point to the same conclusion: There are psychological differences between men and women. And they affect matters as trivial as sensitivity to smelly socks...

Today in my mailbox I received notification of a new service. Informed Delivery see the link will send me text pictures of my mail as it travels to my delivery site. I had thought for quite a while that the USPS tracked every piece of mail, with those little stick on bar codes. Now it confirm that they take pictures of each piece of mail. I repeat: They take pictures of our mail. There is no privacy. Ever. Everything is documented. Everything. We continue the march to becoming the least free country in the history of man

Ok boys and girls. I bought the Jeep Sahara Unlimited Altitude Wrangler that we discussed last spring. I love it and I smile all the time that I drive it. Yes I am a Pavement Princess. Great vehicle. Now I have a conundrum. I want to buy and transport a kayak. I have wanted one of my own for years, and heck, it is my birthday this week. I smile when I kayak. I went out and looked at them and I can get a 10 foot 38 lb injection molded cute kayak at a decent price to paddle around...

IN 1492 In fourteen hundred ninety-two Columbus sailed the ocean blue. He had three ships and left from Spain; He sailed through sunshine, wind and rain. He sailed by night; he sailed by day; He used the stars to find his way. A compass also helped him know How to find the way to go. Ninety sailors were on board; Some men worked while others snored. Then the workers went to sleep; And others watched the ocean deep. Day after day they looked for land; They dreamed of trees and rocks and sand. October 12 their dream came true, You...

Sowell - I am Trying to Find His Example of the Failure of Affirmative Action in His Books. I think it was the Cultures series, He spoke about a small country or island that implemented affirmative action policies for its minorities and ended up with civil war and genocide. Has anyone read his books and can come up with the example for me? I have looked but I do not have all his books. I think it is an important example to disseminate far and wide.

Recommendation? Need a Really Comfortable Travel Car, Think Sofa, With Wheels. Recent car history Mazda MPV 1998 back when it was a great vehicle Xterra Golf TDi Jeep Sahara Unlimited Now I need a travelin' car. I would keep the Jeep but it is too noisy. Stopped in at a Volvo dealership and tried a s60, too stiff a ride for long trips and not comfortable seats. Any recommendations for a really comfortable car? Just for me and perhaps one other passenger and our luggage? I am thinking of a 2015 or 2016. All wheel drive would be nice. A...

he City of East Lansing has been named a defendant in a federal lawsuit alleging the city crafted a new policy to bar a local orchard owner from operating as a vendor at the city’s farmer’s market. The lawsuit claims the city created said policy “solely because the City dislikes the farmer’s profession of his religious beliefs about marriage on Facebook.” Alliance Defending Freedom, a Christian non-profit organization with the goal of advocating for religious freedom, filed the 40-page lawsuit on behalf of Stephen Tennes, owner of The Country Mill. Tennes posted to Facebook multiple times that the orchard would...

Lost 33 pounds and had a little more to go. Have been working with a local health and wellness program and monitored dieting. Very happy and dropped two clothing sizes. Going to try to drop another size or two. I have decided to be a little too little than a little too big. Using low to moderate calorie high protein, moderate fate low carb diet. Your diet tips always welcome.

https://youtu.be/Wc0Sdn-NPIE This is an interesting showcase of LEFTIST thought. Emotional, not thought through, and enslaving of others. This is one of the first times I have seen something that I have been thinking of for a long time, has been said out loud: That the Elite in the Western world and California in particular want to restructure society on a medieval framework of Elites and Serfs (slaves). First Things Journal this month also has an author mention this in an article called "The Age of Concentration By Eugene Voldoazkin. https://www.firstthings.com/article/2017/06/the-age-of-concentration On Carlson's show this man dismissed the middle class and...

This is a slow Sunday morning. I am not much of a vid watcher. And for over 25 years we didn't have a TV. Back a few years ago I found a TV, with Freeper input and have Netflix. To me the TV is a great going to the theater experience. I have been watching different things on the TV for occasional entertainment for the past couple of years, Netflix both streaming and DVD. I have discovered that most shows that I have watched, both the compelling ones that I have enjoyed like Longmire, Bluebloods, and even Father Brown have...

If any US citizen becomes, say, a British Subject, do they lose any US benefits? Social Security? Medicare? Since the other country does not notify the US, the individual can maintain two passports, and does continue to own property in both countries. Is there any downside to taking on another citizenship?

I purchased three books by Colin Flaherty: White Girls Bleed a Lot The Knockout Game Don't make the Black Kids Angry. They are a compilation of news stories and they are best read with a smart phone so you can watch the internet link videos. As the last human on the planet without a smart phone the books are not that useful to me. Is anyone else interested in them? PM me and I will send them to you. Best, the soup!

My son who is 22 has saved up enough money for a down payment and purchased his first house today. I am so proud of him. He purchased a three family and will able to manage the mortgage easily. I am such a happy mom. There have been a couple of people on this board who have given me support and encouragement in raising four on my own after my ex needed to leave. My son is doing so well. The raising isn't quite over yet, but fruit is beginning to show. Thank you for your help over the years....

Let us build a town. A conservative town, where the best of us can live, thrive, raise our families and enjoy a quality of life that just doesn't happen everywhere. Who will be there? People of courage, commitment and intelligence of course! What organizations will be there? Do we all have a role there? For example: I want to see Thomas Sowell and his family there. Sowell will be retired, involved in lecture series at the local club. Michelle Malkin will be there with her family and she will run her web based businesses, raise her family in peace and...

Today is Washington's Birthday. He is a president that deserves honors and accolades. A man who refused to be king. And helped birth the most amazing political experiment in history. While we are contending for our own liberty, we should be very cautious not to violate the rights of conscience in others, ever considering that God alone is the judge of the hearts of men, and to him only in this case they are answerable. GEORGE WASHINGTON, letter to Benedict Arnold, Sep. 14, 1775 Nothing is a greater stranger to my breast, or a sin that my soul more abhors,...

Dear Mrs. Web Personal Advice Column Our family has had this tradition for many years. We have special meals that we serve one food, often in season, usually connected with a holiday or time of year. It is fun and a treat to focus on one food and one food only. January Hot cocoa and popcorn night, usually after a day of sledding. Don’t forget the marshmallows! February Is the best month for this theme: On February 12 there is Lincoln’s Birthday and we serve cake shaped like a log frosted with a special chocolate butter cream frosting. These were...
