A week ago today Sheriff Joe Arpaio held a press conference to report the preliminary findings of the Cold Case Posse. Mike Zullo, commander of the posse, reported that they had found probable cause for fraud and forgery of Obama's long-form birth certificate and draft registration, and that the posse was recommending a full criminal investigation. The Congressional Research Service says that the individual states are in control of choosing their own presidential electors. So presidential eligibility issues are under the jurisdiction of state courts. But according to http://interstatedeposition.com/compellingout-of-statewitness.htm one state can't issue a subpoena for something in another state; they have to get somebody local in the other state to issue a subpoena and then that subpoena will be processed by the state where the records reside. I was wrong. There apparently WAS a "seal" on Obama's BC. Savannah Guthrie says she felt it and she took a photo that shows a faint outline of a seal. Unfortunately for Obama, that "seal" IMHO cannot be the same seal as on the Factcheck photos. The size, style, content, and clarity is way off. A good friend of mine is in Colorado. Her husband was to be evaluated for a possible lung transplant but as they were doing the evaluation they discovered an abscess on his spine. I need to know how to make sure there is no question that jpegs or pdf's I post on my blog have not been tampered with in any way. If I simply upload them in my Wordpress blog would they be certifiably genuine? If I took a photo and scanned it to be a jpeg would it show that there had been no tampering? Thanks for any advice on how to document authenticity.
