  • Need Input - Draft of Eligibility Bill

With SCOTUS AWOL, we need to find our own way to mitigate the vulnerabilities in our system. This isn't my forte so bear with me. I offer it as a starting point for discussion: A PROPOSAL FOR A STATE BILL REGARDING PRESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION Whereas the US Constitution states the requirements for Presidential eligibility and gives the federal judiciary the responsibility of interpreting and applying the Constitution but gives the individual states the responsibility of choosing Presidential electors resulting in a Constitutionally eligible President; Whereas the President is the Commander-in-Chief of US military personnel, some of which swear to obey...
  • Passport Update

    09/28/2010 7:22:42 AM PDT · by butterdezillion · 45 replies
Passport Update Background: The Department of State responded to Chris Strunk’s FOIA request for Obama’s mother’s passport applications by releasing passport records including a 1967 amendment to a 1965 passport and a request to renew that passport in 1968. Both those documents alluded to a 1965 passport, but the Passport Office said they could not find either the 1965 passport application or any record of it. In an affidavit, the person in charge of responding to FOIA requests at the Passport Office, Alex Galovich, suggested that the records from that time period may have been destroyed. He claimed to have...
  • The Great Birth Index Fiasco

The Great Birth Index Fiasco Back in February I requested to see, among other things, the hand-written birth index for 1961 (or microfilms of the hand-written index), which existed in 1980 and was required to be retained permanently. The HI State Archivist confirmed that the HDOH should have the document, but the HDOH said they didn’t have it. The entire history of that request is here. The concluding response the HDOH gave was a claim that they did not have the handwritten 1961 birth index but that they could print the computer-generated 1961 birth index at a cost of $98.75,...
  • Why Pelosi Signed Two Certificates of Nomination

Nancy Pelosi signed one certificate of nomination which was sent to 49 states and another - saying that Obama is Constitutionally eligible - to Hawaii. People have asked why she didn't send the eligibility-certifying one to all the states, but the more pressing question is, "Why did the Hawaii Democratic Party refuse to certify Obama's eligibility?" This is on my blog but I'll post the whole thing in the first response and the link to the blog post in the 2nd response so the links will be (hopefully) clickable.
  • VANITY - Soros' Economic Terrorism

I am clueless on the economy. But I'm hoping some of the financial wizards here at FR can help me understand something pressing: 1. Is there any way that America can protect herself from the economic sabotage/terrorism that George Soros has done in other countries? If so, what? 2. What caused the electronic run on the bank in Sept 2007? Could the entire world economy collapse in a 24-hour time period, as the financial gurus allegedly told Congress in their private session with them? If that happened, how would life change for normal people? Here's the description of Soros' past...

I'll post the whole thing on the first response so the links will be clickable. This is an example of (probably criminal) journalistic malpractice by The Hutch News - an example of how the media behaves on almost every issue including the eligibility issue. I explain why I believe the media ignores our factual corrections at its own peril. I believe this is what we need to be saying to the media whenever we find deliberate deception.

Summary: The Passport Office claims in a memo submitted with an affidavit in the Strunk case that in a 9-month period in 1984-85, 40 workers sorted through 125 million passport files and destroyed all the "routine" records from 1925-1961. Four big problems: 1) somebody was able to get routine records from that time period which were obviously not destroyed, 2) there appears to be no record of that destruction ever being authorized. 3) the sorting they claimed is physically impossible in the timeframe they claimed. 4) the Passport Office charges $50/person (or $150 for a third party) to search the...
  • Was BP2 Banned?

Was BP2 banned? I sent a critical Freepmail to him on June 23. On June 24 he posted an innocent comment. And now when I click on his name it says the account has been banned or suspended. Does anybody know what happened? I am concerned because shortly after I sent a Freepmail about a certain subject - the only place I discussed the specifics - the Veterans Administration and Social Security Administration altered their databases in order to obstruct my investigation. So it really, really seems that Obama's czar is snooping around in our private mail here - just...
  • Request for Investigation of HDOH Permanent Records Destruction

I sent a letter to the OIP and Ombudsman this morning, requesting an investigation into whether the HDOH illegally destroyed permanent government records. I cc'ed Gov Lingle, Lt Gov Aiona, and AG Bennett. Because the letter contains a link I will post the entire letter in the first response to this post. A brief summary for those who are new to this issue: The retention schedule says that the original (hand-written) birth index was submitted for review in 1980 and it was determined that this record should be retained permanently. The schedule also says that the certificates themselves and the...
  • Hawaii DOH Has Destroyed Permanent Records

The Hawaii Department of Health claims in official communications that the original birth index and index of foreign births (which are both required to be retained permanently) don't exist. When vital records were converted to their current electronic format and the computer itself allowed sorting and locating, the HDOH submitted the old, original paper indices (VR-1)to the comptroller for a determination of what should happen to them. The comptroller agreed that those indices should be retained permanently, as originals and/or as security and search microfilms. The HDOH at the same time made a separate request for the certificates themselves (VR-2)to...

I just got an e-mail from a friend informing me that the Judiciary Committee hearing for the "Vexatious Requestor" Bill will be tomorrow. Any public input needs to be now. After the first post I will post the actual e-mail I received, since it has links for people to find information on the bill and to submit testimony. I will also post the link to the testimony that I just sent.

I've added to my blog a post showing that OIP Attorney Linden Joesting, when asked point-blank on Feb 22nd whether Miss Tickly's understanding that Obama's BC was amended is correct, refused to correct MT's understanding. After 2 days of asking for clarification on the question, she responded 3 days later by saying she didn't have time to answer the question. The legal meaning of the denial of access, which has been documented through multiple consistent sources, stands. It would have taken no more time for Joesting to say that MT misunderstood than to say she ddn't have time to answer...
  • Hawaii Wants to Fine Me After Framing Me

The "Vexatious Requestor Bill" is moving forward. The Office of Taxation wants to fine people who are labeled "vexatious requestors" and Fukino has said there are 4-6 people who are all set to be labeled this. I am certain I am one of them. Fukino is asking for "facilitated passage" of this bill. The comment will have the link to the testimony by Fukino and the taxation dept. It will also have a link to the latest addition to my blog - a post describing how the DOH falsified the e-mail communications record in order to frame me as a...

I added this point to my "Red Flags" article: 13. Apparently in response to this blog post and a request for a legislative investigation of these matters, Hawaii State Senator Will Espero has introduced a bill that would allow the OIP to label people who ask too many questions as “vexatious requestors” who are then blacklisted from access to government records for 2 years. The net effect of the bill would be to overturn UIPA.

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar". The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail: In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of...

On Jan 27, 2010 Hawaii State Senator Will Espero has introduced a bill to label some people "vexatious requestors" who can be denied responses from the DOH. This action was taken 2 weeks after I posted "Red Flags in Hawaii", (see at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/ ), a blog post documenting how Hawaii government officials have broken laws and rules in order to cover for Obama. The Honolulu Advertiser has an article about it. Apparently I can't post anything from the HA because they won't allow it, but it's in an article online today. In it, Okubo claims that she gets about 50...
  • Tea Party Movement Lights Fuse for Rebellion on the Right

By DAVID BARSTOW SANDPOINT, Idaho — Pam Stout has not always lived in fear of her government. (snip) The report does not mention the Tea Party movement, but among Tea Party activists it is viewed with open scorn, evidence of a larger campaign by liberals to marginalize them as “racist wingnuts.” But Tony Stewart, a leading civil rights activist in the inland Northwest, took careful note of the report. Almost 30 years ago, Mr. Stewart cofounded the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations in Coeur d’Alene. The task force has campaigned relentlessly to rid north Idaho of its reputation...

Flags in Hawaii Posted on Saturday, February 13, 2010 in The Blogs Hawaii Flag A blogger under the name Butterdezillion (BZ from here on) has written an article titled Red Flags in Hawaii about how the actions of Hawaii Department of Health officials should raise red flags about President Obama’s birth. In an earlier article BZ tells the story of his frustration with phone calls and emails to the Hawaii Department of Health trying to get copies of the DoH regulations. There are two ways of looking at this story. Certainly from BZ’s point of view, it is the story...

Here’s some new information – haven’t even added it to my blog yet. According to http://uspolitics.about.com/od/senators/a/barack_obama.htm , Axelrod started videotaping Obama in 2003 for footage that he later used in Obama’s January 16, 2007 announcement that he would run for the presidency. According to the UIPA responses received by Terri K and myself and the retention schedules for receipts, Obama’s amendment happened sometime between September of 2006 and January of 2007, since those records are to be retained for 3 years and receipts for fees to amend Obama’s vital records were denied to Terri K in September of 2006 and...
