A report by the State Department’s inspector general has concluded that Hillary Clinton did not comply with the agency’s policies on records, Politico is reporting. The report was released to lawmakers on Wednesday. It also revealed that Clinton and her top aides chose not to cooperate with the inspector general’s review, though current Secretary of State John Kerry and several predecessors were interviewed. A copy of the report was obtained by POLITICO. While it concludes there are “longstanding, systemic weaknesses” with State Department records — weaknesses that “go well beyond the tenure of any one Secretary of State,” it specifically...

Ted Cruz continues to astound. Every time it appears he can’t get more awful, he finds a new avenue, like a ground mole sniffing out a beetle. Right now, he’s in Indiana, trying to save his presidential career by ranting about transgender people and bathrooms.
  • Utah Republicans are holding a first-ever online presidential primary. And it’s not going so well.

The Utah Republican Party is hosting what is could be the nation's largest online election ever. In addition to hosting a statewide caucus, the party set up an online voting system for any registered voter outside or inside the state. Unfortunately, Utah's digital election night doesn't seem to be going as smoothly as Utah Republicans had hoped. While Utah Republicans headed to their caucus in person on Tuesday evening, anyone who had registered online by March 17 can log on to utah.gop to vote between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. local time and cast their vote. But the Deseret News...
  • The DNC Is About to Coronate Donald Trump

Donald Trump is going to be the next president of the United States, and he will have the Democratic National Committee to thank for it. Much has been made of the “math” of the Democratic nomination, and how it favors Hillary Clinton—in large part due to her huge lead in unpledged “superdelegates.” Trump is likely to decisively beat Clinton in virtually all of the states that she has performed strongly in so far, and seems poised to win many of the states she lost as well. This leaves her relying heavily on the solidly blue states, which overwhelmingly voted against...

The following was reported here earlier today: Obama Just Said The Most Stunningly Idiotic Thing EVER. Now it appears some among the Climate Summit's host-nation French media were just as outraged by Barack Obama's glaringly ignorant commentary regarding how mass shootings only happen in the United States - and said those words while standing on a stage in Paris less than two weeks after that city saw hundreds of its citizens gunned down and blown up by Muslim terrorists in a mass shooting attack. It is said that following what was at times a painfully slow, slouching, and seemingly disinterested...

Supreme Court Illegally Strikes Down Marriage Laws in Four States - Each Justice Approving Should Be Immediately Impeached On Friday, the Supreme Court illegally ruled to strike down four state marriage laws. The 5-4 ruling is said to make way for sodomy-based "marriage." The ruling illegally addressed Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee's lawful declaration that marriage is between a man and a woman. The Washington Times reports: The ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges said the 14th Amendment requires a state to license a marriage between people of same-sex, and also recognize same-sex marriages from out of state. The 14th Amendment,...

And for a moment, it seemed as if the Confederate flag just might keep flying after all. But then Jenny Horne decided that she had had enough. The 42-year-old lawyer from Summerville stepped up to the podium and delivered words so raw and impassioned they would immediately go viral on the Internet. Perhaps the most surprising and powerful part of Horne’s speech came when she invoked her lineage to Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederacy. “I’m sorry. I have heard enough about heritage,” Horne said during the debate. “I have a heritage. I am a lifelong South Carolinian. I...

The most recent news from Ferguson concerns what Eric Holder has rightly called the “ambush shooting” of two police officers outside the city’s police department. This incident occurred in the wake of two detailed reports released by the Department of Justice. The first report deals in depth with the shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. The report recommended that the case against him be closed. The second DOJ report contained a scathing indictment of the sad state of affairs within the entire criminal justice system of Ferguson. The combined effect of these two reports is likely...

The catcalling press continues to trail after Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, hoping to make an issue over his lack of a college diploma, among other things. But no matter. Mr. Walker’s grass-roots appeal and business acumen have made him the victor in a new poll of Iowa voters who rank him top dog among 2016 GOP contenders. The governor garnered 24 percent of the vote; Jeb Bush and Sen. Rand Paul are tied for second place, each with 10 percent. Gov. Chris Christie is in third, followed by Sen. Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, Ben Carson, Sen. Ted Cruz...

Scott Walker, the little-known governor of Wisconsin, is emerging as the main challenger to Jeb Bush in the race to become the Republicans' 2016 presidential candidate. While Mr Bush is raising tens of millions of dollars and attracting huge media attention across the country, polls indicate a quiet momentum is building for the more conservative Mr Walker. The 47-year-old governor is trailing Mr Bush by just a few points in the polls in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina - the three early voting states that will shape the course of the Republican primary election. While the 62-year-old Mr Bush,...

If President Obama grants executive amnesty to an unknown millions of Americans, there’s only one way Republicans can stop him — impeachment. On Thursday’s show, the Judge told FOX News Radio’s Tom Sullivan why the President may have to resort to such extreme measures. He says, while Presidents do have right to practice prosecutorial discretion when it comes to immigration, Obama’s proposed actions risk nullifying the law altogether. And that’s going too far.
