Do SS benefits increase based on age breaks? There seems to be a different level of benefit at age 62, age 66, and age 70. So as an example, the monthly benefit at age 62 is $2,000, age 66 is $2,500, and age 70 it becomes $3,000. When I read the literature from SSA, it sounds to me like once you start collecting retirement benefits, the based amount you collect is "frozen" at that level, and subject only to COLA increases. Tamara Holder, contributor to Fox News, just made an argument that the immigration law in Arizona has another fault; apparently Jan Brewer did not go to college, so that must make her incapable of governing. Steve Doocy challenged Tamara to verify what she said, but then he changed the subject. Looks like FNC is interviewing replacements for Juan Williamsn and Kirsten Powers in case of emergency.

Nw that the election is over, the first practical matter is to consider who will replace Barack Obama as Senator from Illinois. I have been wrestling with unwanted programs, usually coming in through Internet Explorer. I have switched to FireFox, so that got much easier. However, every time I start the PC, it launches My Documents. How do I get rid of this? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. And Merry Christmas.
