BREAKING: Mike Brown Allegedly Involved in Second Degree Murder Case as Minor By Reagan Wilson on August 29, 2014 Charles C Johnson, a freelance journalist who has been covering the Mississippi Senator race better than anyone in the mainstream media, Daily Caller contributor, TheBlaze contributor, National Review contributor, author of “Why Coolidge Matters”, and the guy who did the research to debunk Everytown for Gun Safety’s school shooting map, seems to have information that Michael Brown, who was shot and killed by law enforcement in Ferguson, Missouri earlier this month, may have been involved in a murder case as a...

As the facts of the shooting in Ferguson Missouri leaked the air went out of the racism balloon. The race baiters desperately needed a canard- something else upon which to hang their restive hats. Thus The Reverend Tawana Sharpton, Obama's "go to guy" on race, drew a new race card out of the deck: The police caused the riots. The Rev. Al Sharpton used his eulogy for slain 18-year-old Michael Brown on Monday to criticize the conduct of law enforcement in Ferguson, Missouri, and to call for America to “deal with” the kind of policing that has plagued the community...

On Monday evening, California Governor Jerry Brown said all Mexicans, including illegal immigrants, are welcome in California. According to the Los Angeles Times, while introducing Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, who said America is “the other Mexico,” Brown “spoke about the interwoven histories of Mexico and California.” He “nodded to the immigrants in the room, saying it didn’t matter if they had permission to be in the United States.”

The international spotlight has recently been shining on Ferguson, Mo., after an 18-year-old black man was fatally shot by a white police officer. There was massive national and international media coverage, much of it engendered by the tantalizing thought that here was a clear-cut case of racism leading to police brutality and indicative of the evil inherent in American society. Violent demonstrations and riots ensued, with massive property damage and many outside agitators descending on the town, supposedly to guarantee justice as defined by mob mentality. Perhaps it would be useful to examine the tragedy with the facts on the...

St. Louis (CNN) -- The funeral of slain Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown was a celebration of his life, a search for meaning in his death and a battle cry to change policing in America. The Rev. Al Sharpton delivered one of two eulogies during the service, and he had sharp words for those who looted stores and rioted after the teenager was shot. "You don't understand that Michael Brown does not want to be remembered for a riot. He wants to be remembered as the one that made America deal with how we're going to police in the United...

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) is urging consumers to boycott Burger King over reports that the fast food chain is eyeing a tax-cutting move to Canada. Brown, an outspoken corporate critic, said people hankering for a burger should head to Wendy’s or White Castle, two Ohio-based chains that aren’t looking to shrink their tax bill via a so-called “corporate inversion.” “Burger King’s decision to abandon the United States means consumers should turn to Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers or White Castle sliders,” he said in a statement. “Burger King has always said ‘Have it Your Way’; well my way is to support...

The father of an 18-year-old black man whose fatal shooting by a white police officer earlier this month led to several days of occasionally violent protests in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Mo. pleaded Sunday for a "day of silence" when he buries his son Monday. "Tomorrow all I want is peace while my son is being laid to rest," Michael Brown Sr. told hundreds of people in St. Louis' largest city park during brief remarks at a festival that promotes peace over violence. "That's all I ask. And thank you."

The PJ Tatler Eric Holder’s Soros-Sponsored Police Sensitivity ‘Training’ Your money went to the radical Institute on Race and Justice. J. Christian Adams August 21, 2014 The vice president’s Boeing 757 delivered Eric Holder to St. Louis yesterday. In Ferguson, Holder announced that he was “a black man” and therefore had the power to heal Ferguson in ways that no other law enforcement official could. Yet his comments were sure to throw gasoline on fire burning hot with racial division. That shouldn’t shock anyone. It’s the community organizing model of running the Justice Department. What is shocking is who is...

Nearly two weeks after Michael Brown’s death, a police report on the shooting has finally been made public. But the glaring lack of detail is likely to increase widespread criticism that the law-enforcement community is closing ranks around Darren Wilson, the officer who fatally shot Brown on Aug. 9. The incident report, filed by the St. Louis County police department, contains no new information on the encounter between Brown and Wilson. There are no written details about the event. As a result, the officer’s account of what transpired when the two men met just after noon on Aug. 9 remains...

Scott Brown, the Republican Senate candidate in New Hampshire who has struggled to gain traction against his opponent Jeanne Shaheen, is within two points of the incumbent Democrat in a new poll from WMUR and the University of New Hampshire. The poll shows Shaheen with 46 percent support and Brown, the former GOP senator from Massachusetts, with 44 percent. The previous WMUR-UNH poll, from June, showed Shaheen with a 12-point lead over Brown, 52 percent to 40 percent. After Hitting Shaheen on Immigration, Brown Closes Gap in New Hampshire This is the closest poll of the race since January, with...

Just a week after Michael Brown was shot– before any concrete facts had emerged– Erick Erickson placed blame squarely on then-unnamed Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson specifically, and a racist America, generally… Must We Have a Dead White Kid? The facts that seem undisputed, and in these situations that is so rare, are that an unarmed eighteen year old named Michael Brown was walking in a street. An altercation occurred with a police officer. Undisputed is that the officer gave chase to Mr. Brown after the scuffle and shot Mr. Brown, at least once in the back.

In less time than it takes to blink an eye the shooting of Michael Brown was framed with a racist portrait. For Auriel Brown (no relation to Michael), many of those "uncomfortable" discussions have taken place inside her own home, with her 12-year-old son. A former resident of St. Louis, the Wichita, Kan., mother spoke with the CBC’s Keith Boag in Ferguson on Sunday about “The Talk” many black parents are forced to have with their children, particularly their boys. “You let your son know that, 'Hey, the world that you live in — I hate to break it to...

During the first autopsy after all the far tests and initial examination for trace evidence the body is washed including the bullet wound areas. The second autopsy is is only done after the first autopsy is completed and the body is released to the family. The second autopsy claims no far was found on the body. My question is would the washing of the body done in the first autopsy as well as other procedures remove the far trace. If so the claim the was no far by the Brown family team would be misleading at best.

Police are often harshly criticized for their lethal use of firearms, giving many reason to wonder: Why don't police shoot to wound? That was CNN's Wolf Blitzer's question to legal scholar Jeffrey Toobin when discussing the shooting death of Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown. "Why can't they shoot a warning shot?... Why can't they shoot to injure?" Blitzer queried. To answer Blitzer's (and your) questions, here's a general overview of why police don't shoot to wound:

The Michael Brown shooting was tragic and it was avoidable. The violence that has occurred in Ferguson MO subsequent to the shooting is just ridiculous. Bordering on the insane is the outrage from the left. The eruption of idiocy from the twin volcanos known as the Rev. Tawana Sharpton and Crystal Mangum Jackson was entirely predictable but it is unfortunate to see the mother of Trayvon Martin make threatening and stupid statements: While we fight injustice, we will also hold ourselves to an appropriate level of intelligent advocacy. If they refuse to hear us, we will make them feel us....
