Bradley Stone, the man prosecutors say is responsible for killing his ex-wife and five of her family members and shooting one other before going on the run, has been found dead in the woods near his home, law enforcement sources tell NBC10. His body was discovered near W. 4th Street and Schoolhouse Road in Pennsburg. The location is just yards from the former Marine's home where SWAT teams have been methodically searching for the man for the past two days. Sources said it appears Stone killed himself.

The rampage began around 4 a.m. at ex-wife Nicole Stone's Harleysville apartment, investigators said. Stone broke in through a glass door, firing multiple rounds and fleeing with their two children, the woman's neighbors said. He then went to two nearby communities, where her relatives lived, killed five other people and severely wounded another person before apparently holing up in a Pennsburg home, authorities said.

Bradley William Stone, 35, started at his ex-wife's Harleysville apartment, breaking in through a glass door around 4 a.m., firing multiple rounds and fleeing with their two children, the woman's neighbors said. Stone was believed to be holed up in his home in Pennsburg, but police said late Monday they are uncertain of his whereabouts.
